“How terrible,” a passerby tuts, “hopefully he gets help.”
“Gross. At least have the decency to hang out in front of an alley and not in front of a business, brat,” another spat at him.
“A hero will come by to help you, I know it. Just stay strong, kid,” someone tried to assure him.
With each comment, Izuku drew further within himself. With each comment, Izuku’s hope of being saved was stamped out that much more. With each comment, Izuku wished he had been reduced to ashes like his parents.
He ended up sitting on the sidewalk for hours, hearing the same hollow reassurances and occasional insults, waiting for someone to save him. A shadow fell over him, Izuku curled even further inwards, unwilling to look at the latest good-intentioned but ultimately unhelpful person. The seconds ticked by but still no words were said. Curious as to what this person was doing, he looked up. Instead of a cruel sneer, all he saw was an outstretched hand and a warm smile.
“Come with me, child. Let me save you.”

Prince Bakugou is in need of some help. He hates asking for help, but he can’t be King without a Queen, the rules said and his coronation was nearing. The thing is, Bakugou doesn’t want to be married to a woman, but he has no other choice. To get his way and change things as King, he enlists Midoriya’s help, who he knows won’t judge him and will do his best to help him. It’s his best and worst option. Best, because he knows his childhood friend will help him no matter what. Worst, because if Midoriya decides to help the Prince, they'll have to participate in a bunch of royal crap that Prince Bakugou hates doing. They’ll both have to suffer through it, though, if he wants the throne from his mother.

He stabilized the entire world almost by himself, amassing an unstoppable arsenal of Quirks by either taking them from those who would misuse them, or being gifted them by those who were no longer in a condition to use them effectively. And he’s spent the past century or so as Japan’s undisputed number one Hero, saving everyone with a smile. Of course, Shigaraki Tomura had something of a unique perspective on all of that, given that All as One was his dad, and all he wanted was to make him proud by becoming a Hero who saved people with a smile, just like him.
Essentially, this is every "What if X was a villain?" fic taken to its logical extreme. Every Hero is a Villain, and every Villain is a Hero.
