Todoroki Katsumi lies on her back, half of Tokyo demolished in the last few hours. She looks around, thankfully the local heroes and a few of the top 10 were able to evacuate civilians from the local battlefield what was left of it. She just hopes that there were no casualties to speak of. Looking back at where the other heroes are fighting, she sees her husband Todoroki Shoto, her brother Bakugo Katsuki, her sister-in-law Bakugo Shoka and her best friend Ojiro Izumi fighting along with the Kirishima's both Eijiro and Mina. Iida Tenya, Kaminari Denki and Kyoka are securing and clearing the area.

It has been over 8 years since they were at U. A. Their well known class who have played a role in many incidents and rescues have collectively graduated and all including the forced traitor Aoyama Yuga have passed and gained their pro hero license, even the brain washer of their group is who sat in seat 18 has passed and earn his degree. He is one of the few who is employed by a hero agency, but mainly works at night as an underground hero. Shinso Hitoshi is therefore also not present along with other classmates who have moved about Japan after graduation. Mashirao is at home, with his twins children, a 4 year old boy and girl who have the both quirks of their parents, a tail from Mashirao and telekinesis from Izumi. The Bakugo twins, the Todoroki twins and Midoriya Izumi made it into the top 20 before they got married. Pro hero Endeavor is the NR. 1 hero of Japan, Lemillion is NR. 2, it is expected that within a few years after Endeavor retires, he will become the next NR. 1. NR. 3 is Bakugo Katsuki, NR. 4 is Ojiro Izumi, the ninja hero Edgeshot is NR. 5. The rabbit hero Mirko is NR. 6. Todoroki Shoka is NR. 7, where she ranks higher than her twin brother, Shoto, despite the fact that in terms of quirk and physical strength he outshines his twin sister. NR. 8 is the speed hero Iida Tenya who carries his brother's hero name. NR. 9 is the old time hero Best Jeanist. NR. 10 is the hero of Shiketsu, Yoarashi Inasa who will probably become the new NR. 4 or 5 next year.

On the battle field, NR's 2,3,4,7 and 8 are present from the top ten. Not all of them are busy fighting the supervillain of all time, All For One. After being defeated by the now-retired All Might 8 years ago, with the latter also having to forcibly stop his heroic work, the villain later escaped again with the great famous breakout of Tatarus. After much effort, he and the Shimura Tenko and the other Para Liberation Army members were recaptured. Several of those former members received reduced sentences in exchange for statements against All For One, including Tenko who is the only one who no longer has quirks because a quirk erasing bullet was used on him. At All For One it turned out not to work. In which he has thus now escaped again. All For One tried to recruit several old members so that he could restart his operations. Todoroki Touya was also approached, but Toya who was employed by his father's hero agency to also get his Pro Hero license with a lot of training, resolutely refused and made the report that All For One had escaped again.

All For One and the various heroes are engaged in the fight and several heroes are defeated and lying on the ground, they are rescued by the speed hero Ingenium the hero name of Iida Tenya, after which they are possibly transported by ambulance to the hospital. Lemillion is currently flying towards a building at a considerable speed. All For One has used an air cannon and Togata Mirio is too late to use his quirk and got the full force to deal with over his body. As soon as he hits the concrete wall of a building, he becomes unconscious of the force of the impact. Iida who sees it happen and brings the young NR. 2 hero to safety with the rest. As soon as Togata arrives there he is checked over and treated if necessary. Gang Orca the fish hero is working together with the double twins and Izumi to stop All For One. "Is this what today's top heroes are supposed to be?" taunts All For One, "All Might who I hated when he was a hero was a better hero than you guys. You know that you are weak, not worthy to be called hero." he concludes his argument. The 6 heroes still present grit their teeth, they feel he is right. Nothing they can do. At that moment Gang Orca wants to attack he is also attacked by All For One, he turns his face towards him and just hears "Air Cannon plus Springlike Limbs, Kinetic Booster times four, Strength Enhancer times three." As soon as the realization descends he is thrown into another building by a wall of wind. There are now 5 heroes left on the battlefield.

Meanwhile, the servants of All For One have all been overpowered and arrested. The local Tokyo police are carrying off the various thugs to the local station. All For One walks over to the 2 Bakugo's, the 2 Todoroki's, and the only Ojiro left on the field. "Is this what's left?" he laughs, Shoto performs an ice attack to try and defeat All For One but the super villain doesn't turn his hand to it and with a simple hand motion destroys the attack, the five all lie exhausted on the ground, some on their backs, others on their sides or stomachs. "Normally I could and would use people with your types of quirk. But you guys are so evil, your level is even lower than a low ranking villain. You guys can't even be called a villain, you are trash from this society not even worthy of being called a human being. " he declared. The five look at him not understanding. "What do you mean?" asks Shoka in surprise. "Bullying, mistreatment and mental abuse of people who have no quirk." tells All For One. "Does a light bulb go on?" he adds. The five immediately think back to their childhood friend and brother. Shocked, they look down at their feet. "I really don't get that Izumi, that you have treated your brother like that since he was four, as his twin sister I didn't raise you like that," says All For One, the eyes of the five open further. "Dad?" asks Izumi, "Yes. I had stopped being a villain because I got you guys and wanted to be the best father for you guys, unfortunately I ran into All Might just under 15 years ago and became damaged and that forced me back into my old life. I would have loved to have had you guys in my organization, but when I discover out how you treat your brother, I didn't want to. After the battle with All Might, I found out how you five treated my son. Although I hated All Might, I was still glad that he saved Izuku from you." declares an angy All For One or also known as Hisashi Midoriya - Shigaraki.

The five are embarrassed. "You, Katsuki, Katsumi, Shoka and Shoto, what pieces of garbage you are. How can you treat your 'best' friend like that?" the four addressed look down and say nothing. A fighter jet flies over the area, All For One walks up to the five and takes away their quirks, the 5 pro heroes are now quirkless. Various media agencies, heroes, police officers and others see it all happening but because of the distance they can't hear anything. "If you guys have nothing more to say, then now is the time for your end," says All For One as he loads all his quirks including the five he just took off into his right arm and prepares to kill all five of them out with one punch. He raises his right arm and strikes towards the five. Izumi, Shoto, Shoka, Katsumi, Katsuki accept their defeat and wait to die.

The moment he wants to release his attack his arm is pulled back by black tendrils. The 6 present are stunned. A tall hero who is 1.96 meters in length with green/black hair and green emerald eyes, stands against All For One. A cheer goes up in the audience. "I don't know if you guys can see this on screen, but the NR. 1 hero of the U.S., the hero One For All the new name of pro hero Deku has arrived." tells a reporter on the scene. "Green Might, FrostFire, ColdBurn, Dynamite and Ground Beta, get to the rest. All For One is for me." says One For All, the aforementioned five get up with difficulty after their quirks are stolen and walk with difficulty back to where the other heroes are. "One For All, after the death of Stars and Stripes, has become the new NR. 1 in the U.S.A. . Globally, he is among the top 3. I understand that the imperial government of Japan has sent a request to the federal government of the U.S. for support." the reporter continues. "So father, the circle is now complete. You created One for All, and from my uncle it eventually came to me. It's finished now. What started with the father ends with the son." said Midoriya Izuku with a grin on his face. Midoriya Hisashi also has grin on his face and with all his quirks in his right arm is now slapping at his son who has green lightning spinning around him. To All For One's surprise, One For All catches it with his left hand.

On the sidelines, the surprise is also great. The supervillain's strength attack is easily met by the NR. 1 hero of the USA, where every Japanese hero could not have withstand that attack. Worldwide the battle between the 2 giants is now broadcasted, also in the U.S. they have strong tension how this battle for their NR. 1 hero will end. The 2 enemies exchange various punches with each other, with the other catching them each time. Meanwhile, the NR. 1 of Japan is also present on the battlefield, but sees that the fight between the All For One and One For All is far beyond his power. "Dad, can't you help him against All For One?" asks a worried Shoto in a monotone voice. "Shoto, I would like to help, but One For All and All For One are way above my level, only All Might was strong enough." responds Enji.

"Dad, surrender!" says Izuku, "No!" as he continues to attack. Izuku dodges a punch from his father and floats in the air with float. He then dives down to give his father a punch that is neatly blocked by the latter. All for one flicks his arm again this time stronger. The air pressure was heading towards Izuku, who was using 25% to counter the attack. He flicked his arm more getting stronger and stronger. Izuku counter it again with just 25%. "This is getting old." says All for one, Izuku then smashed All for one again, but this time All for one was late and crashed in to a building. All For One comes back and runs to his son. Both grabs their hands and they pushed each other. This fight goes on and on and on.

As the attacks from both continue, with Hisashi also using explosions, telekinesis, fire and ice, and other quirks, the 2 combatants are continuously engaged. One attacks, the other blocks, One For All and All For One have been going on for just under 2 hours now the wind blows all over the sidelines, with it clear to all present that the 2 currently on the battlefield are on top in terms of strength. "Dad... just stop this and surrender. One way or another I will end up winning and I don't want that to be with your death! I don't want to lose you!" yells Izuku as he still fought All For One and blast him into a building. "Stop, please and I will do my best, to make sure you are treated well." Hisashi who comes walking back from the half demolished building is visibly having trouble breathing as his mask is torn.

Breathing heavily he is impressed with his son who is bossing him around with only onw single quirk One for All. Looking around he realizes his servants are all gone and suspects they are at a police station. When it becomes clear to him how the cards are stacked and that he is physically exhausted, he raises his hands and gets down on his knees. Izuku walks over to him and grabs the anti-quirk handcuffs to put them on. "One For All has defeated the supervillain." the reporter says enthusiastically and there are loud cheers from the audience. "Izuku, before you handcuff me, I can give my quirks to you, I feel I don't have that long and then you can still do good with them." Hisashi asks, Izuku nods, and Hisashi puts his hand on his son's head and gives him all his quirks except for his sight quirk, including All for One. Izuku feels the new quirks flow into him and then cuffs his father.

Heroes and police officers run to the hero and villain to handle the case. All For One is taken to an ambulance as it is clear to those present that he is in bad shape. Endeavor, Lemillion, Gang Orca, Green Might, Dynamite, Ground Beta, Cold Burn, Ingenium, FrostFire, Earphone Jack, ChargeBolt and other heroes gather around One For All who is now looking within himself at all the quirks he has been given. As the various people compliment him, Izuku moves on to the order of the day. "Endeavor, arrange to check inside the buildings to see if there are any people or animals still present, we should also search under the rubble to see if we find anything or anyone there." Endeavor nods, he directs all the Japanese heroes who then go about their specified task. Izuku walks back with Enji. "One For All thank you for your assistance with overpowering the supervillain All For One. We have arranged a hotel for you and tomorrow we would like to interview you at the police headquarters. " Izuku nods and goes to his hotel, where he takes a shower and then goes to dinner. After a relaxing meal and some alcoholic drinks, Izuku goes to his room to get some sleep.

He wakes up early the next morning by his phone that is ringing to find out that All For One has died, as a result of the operation to save him. Izuku hangs up and drops the phone from his hands, his father is no longer there. The man he has had to miss since he was ten years old. He cries and misses him, after some time he calls his mother, who has also heard the news of her late husband, mother and son talk and share a lot over the phone. A few hours later Izuku has now finished his interview with the police and the media. After thanking from the government, the police and the Hero Public Safety Commission, Izuku pays a visit to his mother, persuading her to come and live in the US as well. Izuku bought a large forested territory there years ago with a glittering mansion where Inko can spend the rest of her life in peace. "...mom come live with me, you can speak and write English very well, you live in a beautiful area and close to New York City." he concludes. "I'll let you know during the week, I also have Izumi and my two grand children living here, I already find it terrible that my 2 children don't get along, and therefore one lives in the US. But this country, has only misery, people here are still discriminated and judged by their type of quirk." responds Inko, "That's why I want to go with you. To the U.S., the laws are much better there, even for quirk use. I'll let you know as soon as I can." Izuku nods, "I'm going to arrange a plane ticket and also that a bedroom  at home be put in order." he says as he leaves his parents house which is a small apartment.

As he walks out of the apartment complex with an mask to cover his face, green eyes and hair he sees the five that he absolutely does not want to see in his life again. As he walks towards the train station the five come up behind him and stand in front of him. "Excuse me, but do I know you?" asks Izuku in surprise. Shoto, Shoka, Katsumi, Katsuki and Izumi hang their heads, even though they are now 24/25 years old, they are still puzzled by Izuku's question. "Don't be silly, I'm your twin sister who is 35 min younger than you." responds a sad Izumi, "You, are wrong, ma'am, my sister died along with my childhood friends when I turned four years old." responds Izuku, "Nerd, we are still alive and standing by you." responds Katsuki explosively. "No, you are wrong. My friends have passed away, including my younger sister, we all would become the best heroes ever, but know they are dead and sadly that won't happen anymore." Izuku responds coldly, "What is left is nothing more than a living shell, with no feelings, they think that they are always right. So once again my friends and sister are no longer alive." "We want to apologize. Brother." says Shoto as he puts a hand on Izuku shoulder. "Stay away from me, freak. " shouts Izuku as he forcefully removes the hand, injuring the red and white haired man in the process. "You want to apologize, now, years after I have my quirk, and that I went to the US to become a hero and be the NR. 1 of the US. Should have done it sooner." responds Izuku still without any emotion.

Shoto slams his eyes down, "We only wanted to protect you so you wouldn't die if you became a quirkless hero." says Katsumi in a downcast voice. "Protect, how is bullying, mental abuse and beatings a protection for me, Katsumi?" asks Izuku now irritated, "We didn't do a good job, but we love you." says Shoka, "Where did that get you now?" asks Izuku irritated, "That I don't want anything to do with you guys anymore. If I had been too late and not saved your lives and you had died, do you know what or how I would feel?" he asks in general, the five remain indebted to him for an answer, "Nothing!! Nothing at all, you would have gotten what you deserved, I would only feel bad for Mashirao and his 2 children of which i am an uncle, they would have lost his wife and their mother." Izuku says in such a numb voice that a shiver goes down the spines of the five, all of whom let the tears run their cheek. They only now realize how bad they actually were if their former friend / older brother hadn't minded if they had lost their lives.

"What are you going to do with your lives now?" asks Izuku with a grin, since he has their quirks. "What do you mean, Nerd?" asks Katsuki puzzled, "In your own opinion, you can't work as a Hero now, you've been quirkless since yesterday, and by your own reason you will die quick and the man who took your quirks died this morning." says Izuku, then adds in a cheerful voice, "You said it yourself, if you don't have a quirk, you shouldn't work as a hero, also I don't understand how some of you ended up in the top ten at all. Fake heroes or people with a license to use their quirk like you should never have made it there. All you can see that Japan hasn't changed a bit since the beginning of All Might. I'm looking for your retirement annoucement." Izuku is cheerful and leaves the baffling 5 behind. He is now on his way by train to purchase a plane ticket. He does have a private plane, but for environmental reasons he doesn't want to use it for 1 person and buys a first class ticket. When he is finished he goes back to his hotel, tomorrow is his departure day, in the U.S. there are several actions planned for which he is needed.

The next morning after checking out of his room he heads towards the exit of the fancy hotel, Arriving in the lobby he sees the 5 former friends again and sighs, he walks towards them again. "What do you guys want now?" he asks neutrally. "We want to restore our bond with you, how long it takes us doesn't matter, but I want to be able to be your sister again." Izumi responds with a small smile, "What Izumi says, that's how I feel too, I want to reconnect with you and see you as my best friend and older brother figure." says Shoto, his eyes looking down, "I want the same thing, I hope someday that can get back to normal on a friendly basis." says Shoka with a bowing head. "D-Izuku, I know I have no right to demand anything from you, I would just like to earn your forgiveness." says Katsuki remarkably calmly, Katsumi nods, I hope in the future we can talk to each other again." she says. Izuku looks at them frowning one by one.

"Is this what you guys want?" he asks in general, to which Izumi, Shoka, Shoto, Katsumi and Katsuki nod affirmatively. "The truth is that as soon as I left Japan I forgave you," the five look hopefully at Izuku, "I did that because I don't want to carry hate, it comes at the expense of myself and my work, how can I be a hero if I have hate. But that doesn't mean you will be in good standing again, I have forgiven you and will start forgetting in the future, but I never want to have to deal with you again, only when we work together as heroes. Outside of that you will never hear from me again and I will always see you as fake heroes." says Izuku, meanwhile he raises his right hand up and shows all the quirks of the five, who see this with a rising astonishment. "I got your quirks, including All for One, but that doesn't mean I'm giving your quirks back, I don't consider you capable of handling them normally and bullying and abusing other people. For the security of the people of Japan, you will spend the rest of your lives quirkless." says Izuku with an grin after which he leaves the once again stunned Katsumi, Katsuki, Izumi, Shoka and Shoto behind and gets into the ordered cab to the airport. As the cab drives away, life returns to the five who are now eager to get their quirk back.

As they follow Izuku to the Tokyo airport, the first one has already arrived and walks through the security check and border police post. After handing out the various autographs to fans, he gets on the plane. The plane is just taking off from the runway when the other 5 heroes arrive at the airport. Izuku relaxes watching a nature film about animals in a forest area. He suspects that the 5 former friends will not be in the top 20 for long. 'Forgiven but never forgotten,' he thinks as he falls asleep on the long plane ride.
