Chapter Text
It was time for their yearly physical and surprise surprise Midoriya and Bakugou were scheduled on the same day. They both walk out of different rooms and Katsuki instantly frowns.
“You stalkin' me nerd?”
“Oh please, you wish I cared that much! Get out of my way stupid alpha!”
“You’re the one in my way!”
Before either of them could really retaliate, a young doctor walked up to them placing one hand on each of their shoulders. “Hey boys no need to cause a ruckus in the clinic, you’ve been doing this for a while aren’t you two friends?”
“Mind your business weirdo and get your damn hand off of me!” Katsuki growls and claws at the doctor’s hand.
“It became my business when you guys scare people in the waiting room. You two just need something to bond over to get you back on track.” The doctor keeps his cool and smiles at the two rolling their eyes at him.
“No thank you.” Izuku swiftly walks around the two alphas on his way out.
The doctor looks over at Katsuki who is staring at Izuku’s backside shamelessly until he realizes the man is smiling knowingly. “Yeah what the nerd said! I’m out of here!”
Little do they know it’s already started.
The next morning Midoriya feels sick to his stomach and calls for Todoroki after not being able to handle the pain anymore, he didn’t want to bother anyone let alone his teachers. They secretly catch a cab to the hospital and they find nothing wrong with him until he rushes towards the bathroom mid conversation to puke. They tell him to come back in 24 hours for bloodwork so not to eat for at least the last 10 hours.
After the messy day with Todoroki they head back to the dorms expecting the majority of the class to already be in their respective rooms but they aren’t.
“Hey Deku is back!” Uraraka tells the class working in the kitchen.
“And with Todoroki? Where were you guys all day, on a date maybe?” Ashido wiggles her eyebrows at them which earns her a kick to the shin from Bakugou.
“Um no dates for me Mina, just a little walking around.” Izuku gives a half smile before continuing his walk past everyone with Todoroki right behind him.
“Where you guys going? We’re doing this for you silly!” Uraraka blocks the way to the elevator.
“For me? What did I do?” Izuku scratches at his head trying to remember the past few days.
“You got the highest score on this week’s test, remember? You know we always make the winner’s favorite meal. We made you Katsudon! Is something wrong you don’t see excited this time?” Momo takes note of his ghostly expression.
“Oh no I am-” he instantly gets cut short by Todoroki.
“I’m sorry guys we just ate.”
Izuku wanted to kiss him for thinking of a lie so quicky. He didn’t want his class to worry over him just because he got a little stomach bug.
“Oh! That’s okay we’ll just wrap it and put it in the fridge for you!” Sato gave a thumbs up.
“Yeah no biggie, I just thought something was wrong for a second.” Momo laughs and the class joins in, well except Katsuki who still looks suspicious of them.
“Thank you all so much, I’m gonna head up and get some rest now. Goodnight guys!” Izuku waves and power walks towards the elevator with the urge to get sick again.
Once the two make it to Izuku’s room, the alpha gives him a nervous look. “Are you sure you’ll be okay on your own?”
“I’ll survive Sho, thank you for coming with me today.” The omega hugs his friend before retreating to his room to get sick in the trash can.
