Summary
Clay is having his first dinner with George, consuming all too many fried calories. It catches up to him, the urge to vomit washing over him. He purges, but George catches him. Sadness and confusion follow. It's revealed with jarring realisation that Nick also struggles to keep his food down, and George is later found to be starving himself.
