Ugh, they can't deal with this right now.
"I need a drink," they said to their empty living room. After Alex learned that they lost their memories, they left to, quote, "see if I ever destroyed that one really annoying planet," and Hawk followed them. Morgan doesn't know why it did that, but they're thankful for the peace and quiet; loud noises irritate their migraine.
Morgan rests their head on the desk in front of them and sighs. They really need a drink. But they're in too much pain to get up and get one.
Ugh. Friggin coconuts.
A moment passes, and then–
Tink.
… what?
They lift their head to investigate the noise and, is that… is that a glass on their desk? Filled with mystery liquid?
"What. The actual fuck." they say to themself, poking the glass. It's cold, condensation slowly gathering on its surface.
It's not doing anything.
Slowly Morgan lifts the glass towards their face, and sniffs it.
It smells like coconut.
At this point, Morgan remembers something very important: Alex gave them a gift yesterday. No, not yesterday. Two weeks ago? Is that when the farmer's market was?
A wishing stone, Alex said they stole it from a homeless guy who was…
Morgan can't remember what the guy was doing, they were barely listening anyway.
A wishing stone that is considerably smaller, now that they're looking at it.
Ugh. They wasted a wish.
On coconut juice.
Morgan hits their head on their desk.
At least they have a drink, now.
