She had come into contact with a very determined wall-dweller who had given her quite a struggle. Limping slightly, she approached the crystal tentatively. It was surprisingly bright, yet it still could not illuminate the bottom of the pit looming below her feet, separated by only metal and the very little will to live she had left. She approached a console, littered with buttons and levers.
