Hated the feeling of heat, the constricting of his throat, and the taste, all of which sort of be soothed away by his mothers fingers carding through his hair or a soothing hand rubbing his back.

But not everyone has people who they would live for, people who they would protect with every inch of their being. Not everyone has people who, even in the worst moments of knowing each other, would matter more to you than anything else in the world ever could.
That is what makes family. The people that you will always worry about, people that you will never truly give up in your hearts, people that you give parts of yourself to that no one else will ever even know of to. Those who will give you just as much as you give them, those are who your family are.
Like mushrooms, a family will always grow and bloom.
