-Dream is a Bear Hybrid(and Admin)
-Soon after the conflicts with Pogtopia and Manburg started, Dream had to Hibernate
-He already pushed passed his usual schedule because of the first war, if he pushed it aside again he would sleep even longer and he could starve
-[Hybrids aren't exactly like whatever they're a mix of, they're a lot more complicated than that. So while a normal Bear might Hibernate in winter and be done, a Bear Hybrid needs ro Hibernate once a year periodically or next time they do Hibernate they could end up sleeping until they die in order to make up their messed up circle/cycle]
-So Dream took a break, thinking that Wilbur and Schlatt could handle their war like adults while he took his much needed rest
-Only George, Sapnap, Punz, Bad, Skeppy, and Techo knew why Dream was really gone
-It wasn't really a secret but an Admin alone, sleeping somewhere while Political conflict was too dangerous of a thing
-So Everyone else just kind figured Dream had other duties to tend to as Admin
-But with Dream not in the "story" to be the "villain", that meant a "real villain" would be crafted by the narrative
-Dream wasn't around to stop or punish Tommy
-Wilbur was dead and couldn't act as he tether(not that he ever would, if anything he would just encourage him)
-Tubbo was busy as president
-Techno was retired out in the middle of nowhere
-Jokes aside, Phil isn't Tommy's parent, and can't punish him
-So Tommy runs around:
-Breaking stuff,
-Burning stuff,
-Stealing things,
-K*lling their pets
-Not only from outside of LManburg, but in the city too
-With the whole server rising up, Tubbo had no choice
-If only one person was complaining, Tubbo could maybe let Tommy off with a Slap on the Wrist
-But no, almost everyone was complaining
-So, Tubbo called a meeting with the Server and gave Tommy a trial
-Since the server didn't have a Prison/Juvenile Detention they decided on a different plan
-Tommy was Exiled from the Mainland
-It wasn't death, or imprisonment, more like a LONG time out
-People would come visit periodically to make sure he wasn't causing more mischief, but otherwise Tommy was left alone
-Tommy started getting bored and lonely quick, especially when the Butcher Army started operating
-People stopped visiting
-So, Tommy took off
-He didn't know where he was going, but anywhere was better than staying on that beach
-Tommy tried bothering Techno first, but Techno was too busy with the aforementioned Butcher Army and sent Tommy Packing
-But eventually, Tommy stumbles upon a small, tucked away cabin between the tundra and a plains biome.
-Tommy knocks, actually learning something from his misdeeds, but no one answered
-So Tommy barges in(okay so he didn't learn much but he knocked once so...)
-The cabin is very straightforward: there's a small kitchen area with chests of food, a Water basin, a love seat couch and some couch chairs, a fireplace, and in the corner a huge bed mounded hight with brown, and grey wool, as well as a bunch of blankets, like a big floofy beanbag chair bed
-And laying on said bed, is Dream, fast asleep
-Its not immediately obvious
-His ears and tail are out and his mask is off, hes lost a fair bit of weight, and hes not wearing his usual green hoodie but rather a white tank and black sweat pants
-But his armor and mask sit on an armor stand next to the bed so its not hard to peice together
-Tommy also decides, that he can use this
-Bear Hybrids, especally during Hibernatetion, are known to adopt things if they dont have Cubs of their own
-That's why Dream has so many friends, simply grabbing and adopting them as friends and they all loved him too much to try and run
-and Bear Hybrids are also super protective, "Mama Bear" was a saying for a reason
-Tommy figures, if he could use Dream's Hibernation Brain(tm), and get "adopted" then Tommy can do wheverver he wants
-Dreams both a Bear, and the Admin, he has control over the whole server
-and as Dream's "cub" Tommy will have control over the whole server!
-Tommy does think its gonna such to be babied, hes a big man after all, but he has to do whatever he has to do to survive!
-First start of the plan, Tommy takes off his shoes and jumps right into the bed
-Dream wakes up briefly, mind hazy as he sniffs around
-All he can smell is that there's someone young, a cub?, A cub next to him. Why does he have a cub? No wait, yes having a cub is correct. His cub is in their den. Good, good thats good.
-Dram pulls his cub in close, making sure hes nice and covered and warm before Dream falls back asleep.
Going forwards is up to you
-Good ending: Tommy ends up actually seeing Dream as he Mom/Dad/Brother and completely forgets about manipulating Dream's position, instead he lives under Dream's tutelage and gets to go back to the SMP where everyone lives peacefully.
-Neutral ending: While Dream does adopt Tommy as his cub, his instincts aren't so devoted to his cubs where he let's them get away with everything. So once Dream is fully away and George and Sapnap come to get Dream, and explain to Dream what Tommy did, Tommy gets a loooooong lecture before Dream dogs hom to everyone on the server to make Tommy apologize.
-Bad ending: Tommy takes full advantage of being Dream's "cub" but takes it too far to where the SMP has to band together and hold Dream back so they can put Tommy in prison(Sam built one after Tommy when to exile), and Dream's the only one that visits Tommy, and tries to help and rehabilitate him, only for Tommy to lash out every single time and almost makes Dream cry almost every time
Bonus Ideas/Options
-Dream doesn't have to be a Bear, he can be whatever Hybrid you want but one that Hibernates would be best for this scenario in my opinion
-Racoon Hybrid Tommy or maybe Lion Cub Hybrid Tommy?
-You can add ABO dynamics if you want as long as its not used for something weird(like tommyxdream pairing)
