Then I saw the first chapter/Prologue to CupcakeSlushie’s separated AU went down a Rabbit hole discovered many more. Then felt there was a distinct lack of Mikey or Mikey Raised by Draxum and as Legacy first came to be distinct lack of Stories with Sora having a son on his own adventures. I decided to make one. Legacy isn’t dead I’m just taking a break I’m also itching to get this out!
Also Attila=Mikey he’ll get his real name eventually.

Incipit Spirae
The eternally, magical, orange and green colored sky of well…magic. Began to grow dark, as night began to fall, in the area of the Devil’s backbone. It had been a bit cooler today, which was good. Because Atilla had wanted to practice outside, alone. He could see his creator’s large mystic crystal that acted as the lab’s power source, bathing bits of the area in a magenta-colored light. It had even blended with the sky to make a stunning gradient.
He really wanted to paint it, but his master Baron Draxum would never allow him to. Atilla wasn't allowed to do anything except train for his purpose. But nothing would stop Attila from painting the beautiful sky.
Alone at that moment, Atilla began practicing Capoeira. It was a type of fighting style that incorporated fighting in its movements and was used by the humans. Which Draxum would’ve forbidden immediately. All things made by the humans were evil.
But fortunately, the dance was ingrained in Yokai Culture well enough that Draxum wouldn’t know of its origins. According to the Yokai he saw using it. (On one of his forbidden excursions.) Humans had used it to escape their captors: other humans that enslaved them.
Baron Draxum had always taught him that humans were cruel and vicious. It definitely sounded like that the way they captured and enslaved their own kind. But at least there was a cool fighting style that came out of it.
Attila liked dancing too, and Draxum can’t say he wasn’t practicing how to fight if it was just a different style. At least that’s how it worked with Munnin and Huggin. He wasn’t about to try that with Draxum.
He took a slightly spinning swing with his hand, before doing half a cartwheel into a kick. He repeated the other away. He twisted his body around to where he kicked up while doing a backflip. However, before he could try another spinning move, a powerful booming voice suddenly screamed his name.
“Attila!” boomed the deep voice that made Attila freeze and fall. He quickly straightened himself up and stood at attention. He looked up at his creator towering over him. Attila was small and weak with cerulean green skin, a grey and dark teal shell with orange and gold markings similar to the ones on his shoulders and thighs. He tried to hide any tears of fear behind his bright violet eyes.
Baron Draxum, glared back down at him, his own yellow eyes blazing with scorn. His magenta fur surrounded them underneath his golden mask; that had large horns that jagged out and upward, like powerful sharp spears, at one with the helmet. But it had a blue mystic faceplate that moved with his own face underneath that showed his teeth were barred at Attila.
It had matched the armor on his forearms that had gold rimmed dangerously spiked and clawed gauntlets made of the same dangerous metal as the armor on his torso and legs, also rimmed in gold.
Attila tried not to retract into his shell despite lowering his head. That would only make him angrier. “I…I..I was just practicing hand to hand combat sir.” Attila quickly explained.
“Then do it properly! Do not use such strange erratic movements that waste time!” Draxum growled.
“Yes Sir, sorry sir.” Attila muttered meekly. He quickly changed his stance watching Draxum carefully. Soon Attila stood with his feet square and wide apart. His arms now in a ninety-degree angle at his sides and began punching. As Draxum watched circling around him, keeping an eye out for flaws in Attila’s form as Attila kicked the air.
“Remember Attila, you have immense power and limitless potential. They'll make you the spearhead of the army that will destroy humanity, and restore the Yokai to the surface. Once the Oozequitos have been released your training will intensify.” Draxum boomed proudly.
Having heard this again Attila shifted a little nervously. But thankfully, Draxum didn’t notice. He resisted the urge to grip his shoulder.
“I…know,” he muttered, regaining his composure. “You’ve told me this all my life. A thousand times weekly.” He drawled a little. A sharp glare from Draxum, who quickly rose his hand up to strike Attila, immediately making the tiny turtle mutter an apology. Attila’s heart slowed in relief when his master retracted his hand.
“I repeat it constantly, because it seems to have trouble being ingrained into you Attila. Shall we talk about your bleeding heart? Your refusal to destroy your opponents?” Draxum asked with a warning growl.
“No sir. sorry sir.” Attila muttered as he continued training. This went on for what felt like forever, until finally, Draxum muttered at him to finally stop. Attila stood at attention, bowing slightly as he nervously sucked in a breath.
“Sir, I would like to go watch the portal now.” Attila muttered. “I mean, I would like to watch for the bounty hunters that are chasing the Agent. I can also practice my mystic powers out there.”
“You’ve never been eager to immediately do your mystic training after your physical training before.” Draxum muttered curiously as he thought for a moment. “I’ll allow it.”
Attila hid his smile bowing quickly and running off. He rushed out the front of Draxum’s laboratory, expertly crossing the dragon's back bone towards a large stone platform on the outskirts of Draxum’s domain. That was where the Hunters were supposed to return, with the agent. What he didn’t know is that Draxum had begun following him, eyes narrowing in suspicion.

Attila rushed out towards a cave. It was one that overlooked the platform. Attila was excited to draw the beautiful sky he had seen earlier.
Once inside the cave, he pulled out a large burlap bag inside were art supplies, paper, and a drawing board. That he had kept hiding behind some rocks with a cloaking spell. He set up the paper and the drawing board. Then he began to set out some paint and markers. When he picked up one it immediately grew a pair of happy yellow eyes beaming at Attila who smiled at them back.
“Hi!” The marker cheered happily. Attila immediately burst into a large smile with a laugh.
“Hi Klunky,” Attila said happily.
The marker then immediately changed into a small kitten. She grinned with a giggle, at Attila’s laughter. He let the small, white and orange spirit cat put one of her soft brown paws on his beak. As he took the other in his hand. Her orange ears surrounding a small brown tuft of fur on her head perked ever so slightly as she purred. The gem on her forehead glowing a bright bluish green light.
Attila had been learning not to pet her too hard and hold her gently. to his surprise he was getting better. Unlike Draxum, Klunk would simply go ‘ow’ and ‘hurt.’ When he pet her too hard like he had when they first met. But she had trusted him to get better and even learn at his own pace.
“You want to help me paint a picture of the sky, Klunk?” Attila asked.
“Yeah, yeah, yeah!” Klunk replied excitedly, jumping around him. Then she changed, her orange-tipped, forked tail, into a green reptilian hand just like Attila’s.
Attila, then immediately grabbed green paint he found that matched the color of the sky as closely as possible. Klunk grabbed an orange bottle of paint to use, as they began painting. Klunk stretched her tail to reach the paper and began using broad strokes. The two colors began to mix into a gradient close to the one Attila had seen in the sky earlier.
Once the base of the painting was done, Attila grinned admiring his work. “Good, now, we just need a magenta for the crystal!” He said and pulled out one more bottle from his pocket.
“Check it Klunk! I managed to sneak this while Draxum wasn’t looking! He uses it to highlight things, but it makes awesome paint.” Attila explained pulling out a bottle of ink that shone the exact same magenta color as the crystal back at the lab. Klunk oohed in awe as Attila opened the jar then placed some of it down on the paper. Both of them took their brushes dipped it in and began stroking, blending it all together in a beautiful scenery.
“You’re getting good at this!” Attila said happily.
“Klunk an artist!” She said proudly puffing out her chest.
“You sure are!” Attila said patting her head affectionately, but then a familiar voice roared in anger.
“Attila! Have been doing art, again!?” Draxum snarled. As Attila hurried Klunk away to hide in the cave. He was then roughly grabbed by Draxum's purple constricting plant-like vines around his entire body and roughly pulled out. Attila let out a fearful scream. Within seconds he was now forced to look at Draxum, who glared at Attila, his eyes bright with fury. “What have I told you!?” he snarled.
“I don’t….belong in that world!” Attila muttered fearfully.
“And yet you still insist on entering it!” Draxum growled. Klunk watched in fear from behind a nearby rock. He turned to Munnin and Huggin.
“Search the cave, bring everything you find here!” Draxum commanded. The two gargoyles saluted him, as they entered the cave and soon returned with all of his art supplies. They then piled them in front of Draxum who then readied several more of his vines, which then picked up the pile and began crushing them effortlessly.
Attila winced at the sound. He let out a whimper, closing his eyes as Draxum reared back his hand again. However just then the two bounty hunters Draxum had sent for earlier had returned.
They were large, fish- looking armored warriors one in black armor, the other in red armor, on Yokai hounds. One had a human in his arms who was asking to be let go but went ignored.
Then came the other one with the agent trapped in an orb. A small, yellow and blue Yokai with large, blue rimmed ears, and head, going down, the back of his neck and back that turned into a flame-like, pattern a small red one on its head with a matching tuft of fur and eye markings and large fang like canines, curling outward as it growled at Draxum hissing with worry and fear. Around his neck was a small vial of bright green glowing substance…The Empyrean.
“Oh no…” Attila hissed.
“Attila, I know you were in the lab when my Empyrean disappeared. Did you give it to the agent?” Draxum asked in a icy threatening tone.
“I…I….I…” Attila began stuttering.
“Answer me, now.” Draxum said with a tranquil fury, Attila could feel the vines he was still trapped in tightening around him. Draxum then roughly grabbed and directed Attila’s face towards his own, forcing Attila to make eye contact. Attila couldn’t hide the fear in his eyes. Draxum hated that part of him. The part he had tried to desperately fix.
“I….I….Yes….” he squeaked. Scrunching his eyes shut. Attila knew what was going to happen next.
“YOU INSOLENT-“Draxum roared about to strike Attila. When suddenly, Klunk transformed into a large golden cat with spots lunged at Draxum with an angry roar and immediately tried to bite at his neck. But Draxum had quickly grabbed her by the jaws, then threw her with all his might into the nearby wall. Changing back, Klunk began to cry as she shook with pain.
“KLUNK!” Attila shouted. Running over to her and looking her over. “Are you okay?” She nodded and hid in his chest. Attila wrapped his arms around her as she whimpered. “It’ll be okay…” He said not really believing it himself.
Draxum got up, in that moment refusing the help of the two gargoyles, who had rushed to his side. His armor had a few scuffs from where she jumped on his back. He glared at Klunk and Attila.
“You’ve kept this spirit cat as a pet didn’t you!?” Draxum growled. As Attila placed Klunk behind him. Draxum was clearly furious. “Kill it…now,” he growled as Klunk began sobbing louder.
“No!” Attila begged. “She’s done nothing wrong! It’s all me Baron Draxum! Punish me!” Attila begged. “I don’t care what you do to me! Just let her go!” he groveled, literally bowing like a toad at his creator’s feet.
“Groveling to your opponent? Disgusting!” Draxum snarled. Grabbing Attila by the arm and roughly yanking him up. Then he took the captured agent in the other hand. He turned to Huggin and Munnin, who were rightfully quiet throughout the whole thing. “Get rid of her,” he growled pointing at Klunk.
“Yes sir!” They shouted standing attention again. And both grabbed Klunk who immediately but futilely failed as they took her away.
“Atti!” Klunk cried out, struggling wildly.
“Klunk!” Attila called reaching out for her desperately. But Draxum had already yanked Attila far away from her. Now pulling him along at a pace that Attila couldn’t quite keep up with and was tripping a little.
“My bugs are to be prepared tonight. There’s no time for any more nonsense.” He growled. Before glaring at Attila who gulped in fear. “But trust me. You will be punished for this soon enough.”
“Mmm hmm,” Attila nodded submissively.

As they entered the large lab Draxum finally let him go. Attila didn’t dare show how much his arm hurt. He looked up at the towering device Draxum had tirelessly built lined with bright, green lights and shivered.
Draxum approached the control console that was surrounded by small empty cages. When he pressed a sequence of buttons, there was a mechanical whirring that made Attila's blood freeze.
Coming down in a large tank were small, red, lights with barely visible grays and purples that were buzzing loudly.
The bugs were now ready to be loaded with Draxum's Ooze. Draxum had placed the human in a cage attached to the device. And the agent is another beside the human, using a force field to prevent it from teleporting. It stubbornly tried a couple of times though before giving up.
He hated this! All Attila had wanted though was to avoid harsher training. The kind he had already was living hell. He couldn't and wouldn't dare imagine a more intense version of it.
Trying to get that out of his mind Attila turned to the human distracting himself with his curiosity. He had never seen one in real life before or even any other human. He had seen only one in pictures. His name sake, Attila the Hun.
This one looked younger and had far less hair and it was blonde. He was wearing a blue sweater and a bike helmet. He was making a wound in his earlobes worse with black discs for some reason. And there was also a red spot on his forehead. To Attila’s surprise the human was oddly calm about his capture.
“If you’re the guy who keeps calling about the Calamari, fine its pig butts.” He admitted to Draxum who was also giving the human his attention with his gargoyles on his shoulders.
“Eww,” Attila growled in disgust. “You don’t even have the common courtesy. To use a meat part that isn’t gross?!”
“Well, I can tell you the crab cakes are real.” The Human replied somewhat cheerfully.
“Quiet, Attila. As for you human, I have no interest in your petty cakes of crab.” Draxum drawled. As Huggin and Munnin jumped off his shoulders scaring the human to the back of his cage.
“But we’d like to hear more about those pig butts.” Munnin said chipperly, making the human yelp and back away as Huggin laughed at his fear. Attila and Draxum meanwhile had turned back to the agent. It proceeded to glare at them and press itself against the back of the cage as Draxum reached in.
“I thank you for returning my vial,” he said effortlessly pulling it off his neck. “It was purposely misplaced.” He added in a growl giving Attila a side glare.
Attila gulped and looked down. Draxum then went back towards the console, placing the vial in the small hole on the console. He then turned to the human. “You’re about to be part of an experiment. That will change the very world as we know it!” Draxum told him.
“Alright!” the human said somewhat excitedly, blissfully unaware of the fate that was in store for him. Attila was about to say something, but Draxum shot him a look.
“Go stand guard, Attila!” he commanded.
“Right, stand guard.” Attila miserably replied pulling on his mask over his face and doing so.
The Empyrean then began to pour out and fly up to the top of the machine as a large bubbly mass at the top of the tank. The bugs quickly flew up and began sucking the Ooze up.
When they were finished the tank opened then one of the bugs flew down and into Draxum’s hand as he gently pinched it between two fingers. The bug held still, as he carried it back to the human. The cage’s bars turned into ropes that held the teen up midair.
“So, is this gonna hurt?” he asked.
“It will. If I’m doing it right,” Draxum replied. As he placed the Bug on the teen’s head. The bug immediately bit him and pumped in the Ooze. After a few seconds there was nothing? Could Attila breathe in relief?
“Hey, that wasn’t so bad.” The teen began before his face shifted to a look of intense pain, as he began to glow a lime green light.
His body then began to stretch and contort in a way that made Attila wince in horror and made him look away. He then covered his ears from the terrible blood curdling screams the human was making.
“Attila? Is that fear?” Draxum growled in a whisper. Attila immediately removed his hands and opened his eyes. He looked up at the wall to see the shadow of a crab. But the human had been changed into a big purple fish. With hair from his human form. His hands were long like fins now. At the side of his face were those discs. The now fish mutant had yellow eyes and a large dark purple lip. He flailed as if unable to process his new body.
“I just got used to acne, now this!? AHHHHHHH!” He suddenly screamed, his arms flailing behind him as he fled. Attila had to hide his sympathy, as he turned to Draxum.
“Sir, he’s getting away.” Attila said.
“Attila’s got a point. Shouldn’t we go after him?” Munnin asked, but Draxum wasn’t listening. He was more concerned with the Ooze working.
“The mutation worked just like it did all those years ago!” Draxum said with slight excitement in his voice. As he smiled evilly at Attila. “I’ll soon have my army, Atilla. with you as my general!!”
Attila nervously forced a grin under his mask. “Hooray! That’s amazing, Lord Draxum!” He said nervously, with a small chuckle. “I sure, don’t miss Klunk right now!” he hissed under his breath, fidgeting his hands nervously.
He then noticed Munnin and Huggin had begun poking at the agent with sticks. “You don’t have to do that, you know!” He growled at them low enough so Draxum wouldn’t hear. But Atilla was ignored by them, and Draxum was too busy reveling in his success.
“At last! After all these years, I can continue my work!” he said, staring at the bug that had bit the teen that still had some Ooze in it. Saddened Attila hung his head a little.
Draxum looked at him with a distasteful look. That made Attila stand strict in attention. Just then, there was suddenly the sound of something crashing towards them, from a large vent in the wall. Out from it came a blur of green, red, purple, blue and yellow.
“What!?” Both asked together. When the blur straightened up it was revealed that they were turtles, much to Attila’s shock.
The largest turtle was clad in a red durag mask, elbow wraps and belts. With athletic bandages around his hands and ankles. He was a bright green with dull red markings on his elbows and shoulder spikes. And had a large spiky dark green shell with dark red tips. He was more buff than Draxum but still looked quite young. His amber eyes flared in determination. As he curled back his lips, to reveal a snaggle fang and large powerful teeth.
“Alright you incredibly, unusually, buff bookworm!” He said pointing at Draxum. “Give us the little guy! And you walk out of here, with your horns still attached!”
Attila’s jaw immediately dropped under his mask. Who in their right mind, threatened Barron Draxum like that?! Like Draxum wasn’t capable of ripping someone apart with ease in response?
“Shouldn’t we stop him from creating more crab-men. And find a way to get back home?” Asked the lime-green turtle. who had yellow stripes on his arms with two of them, curving down from his neck over his shoulders. He had been sitting sassily with the mystic Odachi and had been looking smug until he had spoken.
He had gold eyes, like the purple clad turtle behind him, but had a bluish-teal shell with light blue chain link-shaped markings. And gray, fingerless gloves and stockings rimmed in blue. He wore a blue face mask not a durag like the other two but had matching belts like them. There were also red curved stripes going down his face, and curving around behind his head like they were surrounding his nonexistent ears.
“Good notes! Okay!” The biggest turtle declared. “Give us the little guy! Find, us a way out of here! And stop making crab-men!-”
“Imitation, crab men,” corrected the purple clad one looking emotionally unavailable. His shoulder and elbow pads were large and poofy like they were meant to be as comfortable as they were armor. Speaking of armor, he had a large, purple shell over his actual one that was attached to his matching belt. He wore silver goggles on his head. And a silver gauntlet on his left arm with some kind of blue rectangle on it.
Attila also caught glimpses of his purple markings. Two zig zags on his shoulders, with some more asymmetrical ones on his lower legs and arms.
“Good note!” the biggest turtle said. As the human girl beside him, with dark red hair pulled up in pigtails with red pointed glasses. Wearing a yellow shirt and gray pants, underneath her green jacket, with chocolate skin groaned.
“It can’t be!” Draxum muttered in shock.
As the three began talking over each other. it finally fully sunk in what Attila was looking at, three, other mutant turtles. And Draxum seemed to know them. Could they have been more of the missing turtles from thirteen years ago?
The way they stood ready for a fight. And how two of them had taken the Mystic Tongas and Odachi the Purple Turtle however had a strange Bo. But all of them went together and belonged together.
“They’re just like me,” Attila muttered longingly. He stared at them a bit longer. As the blue one, told the red one to take things from the top again.
But then the human girl let out a shout before attacking. “APRRRRIILLLLLLL O’NEEEEEEEEIIIILLLLL!!!” she shouted, rushing towards the edge and jumped down towards them with sheer unadulterated adrenaline.
“Ohmigosh, she’s jumping right in!” Attila cried pointing at the crazy human.
“Focus!” Draxum barked as the girl landed on the agent’s cage, and began, trying to pull away at the bars with her teeth. Huggin and Munnin immediately attacked her, pulling her hair and biting her as they began flying away with her. She in turn began to attack them relentlessly with a mystic club she had found.
“Be ready to fight!” Draxum ordered unleashing several large vines as Attila pulled out his Kusari-Fundo. He was hoping to scare them off, when this was done. They looked untrained, especially the blue one. Who was clinging to the vines, Draxum had sent out for dear life. He was screaming how much he hated it. The other two were faring better. The large turtle even deflected one attacking vine with the Tongas, Draxum then countered, with several seeds into the ground. Out came one of his large golems.
“What the!?” shouted the purple one.
“Seriously?!” the red one gasped.
“Eww, it looked at me!” the blue one cried.
The large purple robot with legs like Draxum. With gold bits and a large red eye. Grabbed the vines and whipped them sending the three crashing into the ground, they groaned getting back up. Though the large turtle had managed to land more safely, than the other two.
“This one’s got some spice!” Attila heard Huggin shout as he turned to look up at the three. Who were still fighting.
“Humans aren’t spicy though…..” Attila thought, confused by the comment.
“Capture those specimens!” Draxum shouted to him and the robot pointing at the other turtles. Attila was relieved, He wouldn’t have to be forced to try and kill some punk kids that bit off more than they could chew. They were far from skilled. Two of them were at least self-taught and the blue one was just coasting through quick thinking and what tiny bit of skill he had.
He had expertly dodged a punch from the Golem. Then cleanly sliced through one of its legs, making it cry out in pain as it fell to one knee.
It then attempted to throw large rocks at the red and purple turtles. The two charged, jumping up, and then parkouring across the falling slabs. The purple one gave the red one a boosted jump with his Bo, allowing him to get higher, as he reared back for a punch. With the Tongas in his hand.
“HOT SOUP!” shouted out Lou Jitsu’s battle cry. Now punching and mostly crashing into the head of the robot. The purple one had jumped to the side. Suddenly, his armored shell sprouted some sort of wings. That then lit up in a purple light, as he took a stance with his Bo. To Attila’s shock, suddenly sprouted rockets on both sides. They began to spin rapidly. Going so fast in fact. Then the purple turtle lost control of his weapon.
“No, no, no look out guys!” he shouted as the others dodged the weapon which flew towards the robot. And hit it square in the head. The force of the rockets then twisted the robot and caused it to spin and crash into the ground then explode. Draxum and Attila braced themselves against the smoke. As the purple one turned his weapon into a stick. With some weirdly shaped seeing crystal at the end of it.
“Nailed it!” he shouted proudly, striking a pose. Like an expert, as the smoke burst out around him.
“He did that without a mystic weapon! That’s amazing!” Attila shouted in awe.
“Accidentally, impressive.” Draxum said in awe. To the shock of Attila as Draxum was hard to impress. “With a bit of training, you’d be almost as formable as this one here.” He said shoving Attila forward, making him let out a small yelp.
The blue one eyed them for a second, before quickly straightening up into a pose. Placing the sword on his shell, behind his head. And clearing his throat. “Okay, well great. And since you’re both surrendering-” He began as Draxum cut him off with a chuckle.
“Baron Draxum, does not surrender.” He declared coldly.
“Okay, well when he gets here. We’ll deal with hi-“ The blue one began to answer. Before a light went off in his head with a laugh. “I see! You’re doing that whole sinister talking in the third person thing.” He said wriggling his free hand wildly to picture his point. The red one jumped up hearing this with a glare.
“Only Raph can use the third person!” he declared, as he got back into a battle stance. “Come on guys! It’s time to put our training to use!” he said charging at Draxum.
“What training!?” the blue one cried. As the purple one, who had been sitting and messing with his crystal. In response simply flew up with his strange wings. “You guys have been training!?” he asked.
Draxum didn’t move but instead glanced at Attila. “Attila, show them your power!” he commanded as the turtles were coming. Attila took a breath and readied his Kusari-Fundo. He spun it expertly then rapidly sent it flying at them. The blue one, had yelped and ducked before swinging his sword at him. It was then that he and Attila and Blue had a whip versus sword fight.
The blue turtle had begun swinging the Odachi wildly. As Attila had the chain and ball dance, against the blade.
Attila then swung his weapon upwards, then had it come crashing down. But the blue one back flipped out of the way. Attila quickly followed up with another whip from a low angle. Making his foe trip over his own feet.
Then, the red turtle immediately charged after him. Attila duck and weaved under his punches. He quickly used his small size to wear out the large turtle. Before Attila landed a kick in his face making him fall back.
The purple rushed in immediately after Red hit the ground. He was expertly using the Bo to jab and hit him. In spite of Attila’s efforts, Purple got a hit in. But the box turtle jumped back and quickly shook off the hit. Then wrapped his Kusari-Fundo around the Bo. The purple turtle held on tightly as they tugged back and forth. Purple, yelling at him to let go of his tech.
“Let go of my tech you hooligan!” Purple snapped.
After some back and forth. Atilla used his weapon to throw purple into blue. He then recalled his Kusari-Fundo and kept it spinning above his head, eyeing the three turtles carefully.
Draxum was a bit disappointed in all four Turtles. “You three could be great. Provided you don’t hold back.” He noted passive aggressively with a slight hiss at Attila, who shrunk a little. It was then Munnin fell between everyone. They looked down at him when he crashed into the floor.
“Sorry boss….” He muttered in a daze as Huggin followed, crashing into him. Then the human came down and attacked them, grabbing Munnin with her mouth. And shaking her head wildly, before charging into Huggin who screamed in fear and pain.
“Let’s try this again.” Draxum said, unfazed by his minions being completely thrashed. “Attila, show them your power!”
Attila nodded, knowing what it meant if he held back this time. He let his power begin to flow, into the chains they began to shine in a red light. Then, the razor ball at the end burst into a dull red flame with cherry red tips. Instantly the turtles’ eyes lit up as they giggled in awe.
“Whoa it’s a magic weapon!” Red cheered.
“That is so cool! I want one of those.” the Blue one added.
“Fascinating!” The Purple one muttered scanning it with his goggles.
“No! It’s scary! You’re supposed to be on guard and scared!” Attila shouted in frustration. “Stop being impressed!” He shouted, stomping his foot, slacking his chain for a second.
“Attila,” Draxum growled in a warning tone.
“Ooh! Maybe my weapon is magic!” Red suggested, he then began to wildly spin the Tonga’s in his hands over and over. Hyping himself up constantly like a child. “Magic weapon, magic weapon, magic weapon!” He shouted, over and over again. Attila immediately noticed the red feedback crackling around the large turtle. He had no control over the magic and was making it over charge it with his emotion. Then he cheered loudly in joy when they started sparking. "MAGIC WEAPON!!"
“Stop! You’re gonna-“Attila began, only for the large turtle to get blown back and crash hard into the wall. He had left a huge impact. “That…” Attila muttered.
“Mine works,” the red turtle muttered in a daze.
“Can’t wait to see, what mine does!” The blue one shouted rushing at them.
Attila in response, spun his Kusari-Fundo above him. Creating a spiral of red fire that begun to spin around him like a shield. The Blue turtle swung the Odachi powerfully.
But the only thing that came from the blade was a burst of blue mystic energy that crackled and sparked like lightning. Both Attila and Draxum made sounds of confusion, in response as Attila dissipated his shield.
Blue looked very nervous, letting out a yelp of fear. Now looking like he had trained for hours, as he was immediately soaked in his own sweat. The blade then began to buzz over his head. He looked up at it as runes began to appear on the blade. A portal then appeared beneath his feet. Blue then screamed disappearing into it. Since there’d have to be an exit, another portal opened. But the two were on top of each other. And now he was caught in a loop.
“Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa! Get, me, off, this, ride!” he shouted as he repeatedly came in and out of the portals over and over. Attila swung his weapon expertly and gently. Grabbing and pulling blue and the sword out from the middle of the two portals. Then placing them down gently off to the side. The blue one blinked in confusion as Atilla leaned in close to him.
“Just feel where you want the portal to go, next time.” Attila hissed in a whisper.
“Eh?” the slider asked confused and mostly still dizzy from his ride.
“Attila!” Draxum shouted, making the small turtle flinch in fear. “Don’t give them advice! The only way these untrained buffoons will learn is through pain.” He growled at his trainee. “Now fight him with your full might!” Attila nodded fearfully and immediately rushed at the slider, whipping his weapon around this time with fire dancing around the end. which whipped and snapped, like ribbons of heat and death.
“Oh no, not again!” The slider shouted, swinging his blade rapidly.
Purple had slid up to Draxum casually leaning on his Bo with a smug look. “Who needs magic weapons? When you have impossibly, futuristic, high tech, weaponry!” He suddenly shouted then began attacking Draxum with a few jabs and swings.
Draxum had to quickly evade and block. Thinking quickly, he summoned seeds that grew into a large claw and lance on his arms to fight back. As Purple spun his weapon and jumped back as Draxum slashed at him with his lance.
A rocket reappeared at the end of the strange Bo. As Purple swung it he managed to hit Draxum in the chin.
The Goat Yokai stumbled back a little, as Attila meanwhile, landed a kick in the blue turtle’s chest. The turtle stumbled landing on his butt dizzy. Draxum rubbing his chin noticed this.
“Attila, land the final blow,” Draxum commanded.
“But he’s already-“Attila began, only for Draxum to fiercely cut him off.
“NOW!” Draxum roared. Cowing Attila into charging with his weapon. swinging it harder than before, fire roaring at its end and buzzing like a saw.
“Leo!” Attila heard the purple one shout as he and red rushed over. But Blue then swung his sword again. This time he opened a portal in front of him and Attila couldn’t veer away from fast enough and tumbled into it.
Attila flew through a beautiful flash of bright blue light with darker blues peeking out and blending together wildly. Then the portal opened up right on top of the core of the machine. He screamed and flail wildly as he crashed into it.
Attila fell back into the ring of the device. He groaned as he pulled himself up, ignoring the pain bubbling in his front. And used his weapon to swing out to one of the upper floors. But he then heard a sickening bang. He turned, eyes widening in horror. The power core had crashed into the rest of the device. The lab then started to explode.
Immediately Attila, on pure instinct, slammed his Kusari-Fundo into the window, glass spraying apart on impact. He then jumped outside and expertly jumped down the side of the building, then crossed to a higher cliff and found a rock to duck for cover under, he retracted into his shell. Draxum wasn’t going to like any of this!
Attila had destroyed the lab Draxum worked so hard to rebuild! Suddenly, Attila saw a burst of light with a pop. The agent had teleported the other turtles and the human outside, a good distance away from the mansion. The large one, quickly but sloppily drew in the rune that allowed them to leave the hidden city.
Draxum’s bugs had also escaped the lab and were now flying into the portal. The intense swarm of purple and bright lime-green, was soon followed by an intense burst of pink and white flames that roared terribly. They surged out and engulfed the area.
It was actually a good thing Klunk wasn’t here. They both would’ve been killed trying to escape together. When things quieted down, Attila finally came out of his shell and peeked over the rock. A scorched stench, with the sound of crackling embers and the glow of small residual fires suddenly rushed out at him. He saw parts of the lab blown clean out. No doubt the lab was in ruins. But Draxum hadn’t come out. He hadn’t even tried to pursue the intruders.
“Draxum….he could be…” Attila muttered but stopped himself. He thought for a moment. Maybe he didn’t want to know if Draxum was dead or not. Finding Klunk was the only thing on his mind, right there and then. He stood up and pulled his mask off and rushed towards the hidden city beginning his search to find Klunk.
Despite hours of searching in the Devil's Backbone, Attila had turned up nothing. She wasn't by the train station, or the Minotaur maze. One place he had left to check however was the Battle Nexus.
A foreboding-looking arena that vaguely resembled a skull that glared out at the small turtle as he meekly looked back. With many spikes around it and various small stands and stores lining the way into the large arena. The place looked both enticing yet sinister at the same time. Attila gulped in fear but steadied himself.
“I have to find Klunk no matter what.” He told himself. Draxum had told him how the place was run by a Conniving Spider Yokai, only known as Big Mama. A notorious crime boss that was always looking for a new champion since she lost Lou Jitsu. And if Attila were to enter there. He’d never be able to get back out.
“I just have to avoid being seen, that’s all.” Attila said, pulling his mask back on. As he snuck below the grounds. He climbed over the wall, making sure he wasn’t seen. Attila began to look around smelling various foods. And saw strange objects as prizes even toy sized weapons for kids. He couldn’t imagine any kids wanting to come here. But then again that was just one of his flaws. That being his bleeding heart. The one thing that prevented him from reaching his true potential, as the Ultimate Weapon against humanity.
Distracted by his thoughts, Attila suddenly bumped into someone. He looked up and gasped in fright. Looking back at him and eyeing him menacingly, was a large white tiger Yokai in a suit glaring at him. A low growl coming from his throat. Attila tried to move very slowly, but the tiger roared in response. Attila screamed and immediately swung his weapon at him at full strength and slammed the tiger in the side of the neck with it.
The tiger flinched and stumbled, falling to his knees Attila took off running. He didn’t dare look back. He ducked and weaved through the crowd of Yokai who turned at him curiously as he sped past them, screaming Klunk’s name desperately. But he suddenly tripped and stumbled across the ground hitting his head into a nearby wall.
“Ow, ow, ow,” Attila whimpered while sitting up. He pulled off the mask, to rub his bruised forehead.
“Dear me! You’ve taken quite the spilly willy.” Said a sweet voice, like honey that was maybe a little too sweet. It had a strange accent maybe, Canadian? “I must ask though what is a ‘Klunk?’” He opened his eyes, to see a human woman with white hair that had a large bang of it over one of her eyes with deep purple eyeshadow. She wore blue horned glasses, a thinner rim than the ones that crazy human wore, a dark purple jacket, with horned shoulders and a duster. Topped off with a green furred collar. Which was under a purple ruffled scarf. With matching thigh-high boots.
“What’s a human doing here,” Attila managed to sputter out. The human giggled in response to this.
“Human oh no! I am Big Mama the proud owner of the Battle Nexus,” she replied.
Attila gasped in surprise. “Wait you’re Big Mama?!” he asked pointing in shock. “But Draxum told me you were a huge, fierce, hideous, spider Yokai.”
“Ohhh that Draxum,” she drawled in an annoyed tone. “So spiteful, but I suppose it’s not inaccurate.” She muttered, transforming into her true form. Her hair was now witchy and wild with streaks of white. And her body was a large spider body with breasts much larger than those of her previous hourglass form. She had four legs and four arms. And her face now had six red eyes and a large gaping maw. Attila felt like she could eat him then and there.
“Umm it’s not that bad.” Attila nervously replied staring at it more intimidated than put off he decided. Big Mama used one of her smaller arms to pat his head.
“Well, aren’t you sweet?” She said changing back. “I prefer this form when dealing with the public. But my true form does have its uses.”
“Well, maybe you can help me.” Attila said, pulling out the one picture he had left. A drawing of Klunk he had made. “This is Klunk. Draxum’s Gargoyles took her away somewhere and now I can’t find her.” Attila explained.
“Don’t worry, Golden-Boo. I’ll help you find your Kitty Witty.” She replied. “I’ll have my staff spruce up a search. In the meantime, we should go to the PA room. And make an announcement. Maybe someone in the crowd has seen her. If they have, I can trade a nice reward for some information. And send you in the right direction.”
“That would be awesome, thank you!” Attila cheered happily, resisting the urge to hug her. As he followed her and looked around at various Yokai as they entered a new room. They were watching vision orbs as they sat around the tables. He could see Warrior Yokai battling in an arena in the orbs. Trying to avoid being distracted, Attila ran to keep pace with Big Mama.
“This is the Sporting Lounge. Where one can partake in the ferocious fights of the Battle Nexus!” Big Mama replied pointing to one of the orbs. One of the Yokai had landed a brutal blow into his opponent with his sword.
“Sounds scary,” Attila admitted.
“Oh, heavens no!” assured Big Mama. “Unless you’re put off by blood curdling battles. Where warriors are ripped, limb from limbity-limb!” she said with a slightly sinister giggle.
“I need to remember, not to ask any more questions.” Attila muttered to himself. As they continued through the lounge and into the elevator. It rose up a couple floors. Then the doors opened again. And they had reached what looked like some kind of booth, with a control board. It was then the guard, a large Seal Yokai in a bell hop suit, who had let them in suddenly grabbed Attila. And tightly pinned his arms to his sides.
“Hey! Big Mama, tell him to let me go!” Attila cried, struggling. But Big Mama didn’t move, she just smiled. Attila felt his stomach drop. He was so, so incredibly stupid.
“Why would I do that? When I just got my new champion.” She asked darkly.
“Wh….What?!” Attila asked, his voice cracking in fear and the pain of betrayal.
“I’ve heard about your scrumptulish potential, and amazing fiery power. I’ve been looking for a way to get my hands on you. I only needed the perfect opportunity.” She replied. “And you just came knocking.”
“But what about Klunk?! She’s out there, all alone!” Attila cried.
“Oh, I wouldn’t worry about her, deary.” Big Mama replied. “In fact, you won’t have much to worry about from now on. Except staying alive. of course.” She replied as the Yokai grabbing Attila began to drag him out of the room.
As Attila thrashed, he managed to get an arm loose. But before he could attack, however. The Bellhop had tossed into the large ring. He heard an intense roar of cheers. He looked up seeing an army’s worth of Yokai. They were cheering in the stands. There were even some in a set of bleachers labeled splash zone leaning in. As if hoping to be soaked.
“Ohhh boooy…” Attila muttered his head retracting into his shell a little.
Across from him was a lizard like Yokai. Who roared and charged at him raising his weapon to strike Attila. But he had dodged out of the way. Attila watched his movements carefully. As the lizard charged again, Attila used Capoeira. In order to avoid the feral demented swings of his opponent's weapon. Attila twisted around moving to the side. As the sword came down again. Attila then cartwheeled to the opposite side of the lizard once more.
Attila then pulled out his Kurosai. He swung it and brought it down on the blade with a break-neck pace, breaking the sword instantly. The lizard’s eyes widened with fear for a moment. Before he roared and rushed at Attila for a bite at his throat. But Attila had tucked and rolled underneath him.
Then he kicked the Lizard, on the side of the face causing it to fall down to the ground. It hissed, grabbing the largest bit of the blade and lunging at Attila. Using his weight to knock the poor turtle over. Attila landed on his shell, hard dropping his weapon in the Process. But he managed to stop the lizard from stabbing the shard in his throat.
Attila growled, managing to get his foot up and kick the lizard hard off of him. Attila then jumped up and grabbed his Kusari-Fundo in a burst of anger and smashed it over and over into his foe.
Soon the lizard was down and on his side. Attila panted, but there was suddenly a sob from his opponent. Attila looked at him, the lizard's eyes were filled with fear and sadness. “Just….Just get it over with!” The lizard begged.
“Do the Kill! Do the Kill! Do the Kill!” Shouted the crowd. Attila found his heart aching again. As he looked into the lizard’s eyes, which were spilling tears now. He didn’t want to be here either. He was as scared as Attila was.
It took Attila back to the first time Draxum ever had him fight something when he was five years old.

Attila had knocked down the monster with a burst of fire. It groaned falling to its side. Attila panted turning to Draxum smiling. He had done it. His creator nodded. ”Now Attila finish it.” He commanded.
“But I already beat it up.” Attila replied.
“No, destroy it, land the killing blow.” Draxum replied. Attila gasped and looked over at the creature that was too tired to run or fight back. The two had locked their eyes for a minute. As Attila felt fear, anxiety and hopelessness. He began to tear up.
“I can’t!” Attila sobbed and with a loud growl Draxum marched over to the tiny turtle. Attila tearfully and nervously looked up at Draxum. Who shot him a glare and grabbed his head, forcing Attila to watch. Draxum’s claws digging deep into his cheeks. He whimpered, as one of Draxum’s tentacles went right into the beast’s chest. With a cry, it slumped down with a thud. Attila gasped tears falling.
“There that’s how it’s done, remember that.” Draxum growled.

“Do the Kill! Do the Kill! Do the Kill!” They kept shouting. Attila shook his head, grabbing the lizard and pulling him along.
“I need you to move!” he shouted, rushing towards the exit at the end of the ring. As the crowd and staff gasped and rushed at them. Two guards long spindly Yokai with large Oni masks tried to keep them in.
But Attila knocked them down with a powerful swing from his Kusari-Fundo. The gate was now starting to drop. Attila muttered an apology he threw the lizard as hard as he could out the door. Just before it shut, the lizard mouthed a thank you before running off past various Yokai. The crowd started to boo and hiss at this. Attila glared at them. Then something was bubbling inside of him then it popped.
“NO GORE FOR YOU! GET OVER IT!” Attila screamed at the top of his lungs. And that shut them up. But he suddenly heard an angry roar and a loud thud behind him. He could only turn to see Big Mama, use one of her larger arms to backhand him. Dazed, he felt himself spiraling through the air before slamming into the wall. A sharp pain in his back made him let out a choked scream. Then Attila hit the ground out cold.

There was a weird punching sensation and sound in his back. He let out a whimper as pain stung a bit over and over.
As he blinked his eyes, in the tiny bit of light that was there. All he could see was a large silhouette kneeling beside him. He felt something cool on his shell. And after a few minutes of tiny clarity. He began to pass out again. Only seeing a tail and pointed ears as he passed out.
