Summary
Max had seen many things in his long life, he had also experienced many losses. The amount of loss and death that he had suffered would make any normal being go insane, but he wasn't normal nor had he ever been. He does what he has always done, he gathers the broken pieces of his life and moves on. But then something changes, his life is altered and his peace comes crashing down around him.
But that was fine, more than fine. Because out of the chaos, he got children, he got his sons.
He will burn the world before he allows anything to happen to them.
