Happy birthday, Sumi Serina!
I had a whole paragraph where I rambled about the development of this fic, it's original plans, and my resolve and all that jazz, but I uhh... ended up deleting it all by accident due to making 12 drafts and deleting all of them (I thought the one I wrote all of that on was the last one! It wasn't.)
I'm a little ruffled cause of that, but whatever. I guess that's just the universe telling me y'all didn't need to hear all of that.
Anyways, the next chapter of arc 1 (wow, we're still at the starting line?) is half-way done in Google Doc measurements. That's like, a lot or not a lot depending on who you ask and how it's formatted.
Some time ago I confronted the fact this fic will likely take a few years to really finish, but I think I'm okay with that. I don't know if you are, but if you're willing to stick around that long, I promise I'll do my best to make it worth the wait and support.
This is a passion project, after all! The passion is spread thin among other fandoms and creative projects, but don't think I've forgotten about Everett and his story in Kivotos. It's one of the first things on my mind whenever I think about Blue Archive, after all.
Either this fic gets finished or I end up dying telling it! And I think that's enough.
I'll see you with arc 1's penultimate chapter, "Arrie Connected?" whenever it's finished!
