   Summary

   On the night Elsa ran from her coronation party due to revealing her power, she accidentally interrupted Phantom's moon gazing hobby. Obviously, the merman wasn't happy and pulled her under as she crossed the water to 'talk' to her, forgetting that humans drown when under too long. So, wanting to take responsibility, he transformed her into a mermaid. Oddly enough, she's different from him, being a Surface mermaid instead of a deep sea, or Abyss mermaid. Now, having been told that she prefers being a human, he decided to take her to King Triton to fix her again. Unfortunately, he might not want to let her go before they even reach the King. Not to mention, will Elsa even want to go back to Arendelle as Queen when being a mermaid gave her more freedom?
