Summary
Danny is the youngest child of two directors of the GIW. When he temporarily dies in an accident in their lab, they sweep it under the rug quickly, since he seems to have no physical side-effects other than miraculously painless Lichtenberg figure scarring across his skin. They're so enamored with their greatest life's work operating as it should; their little son being ecto-contaminated enough for their inventions to notice him is an afterthought. Meanwhile, Danny is increasingly concerned with the unearthly ways his physiology changes, one of them being the gnawing hunger that mere human food cannot satisfy. Things move fast, enemies are made (but also allies), and brutal battles are fought. He's not gonna be the same person by the end of the year.
