Summary
The Marriage Project. An ill-thought, ill-conceived, and all-notioned law passed by the joint efforts of the National Diet and the Hero Public Safety Commission to increase responsibility within their super-powered society; and likely the only true work either organization had done this fiscal year.
Izumi had already sworn an oath to herself that the first chance she got she was spitting on the prime minister's stupid face. Preferably televised.
Or, all of Japan's first-year hero candidates must engage in a nationally-mandated semester project involving a false marriage and gross invasions of student privacy.
Inspired by More Than a Married Couple, But Not Lovers.
