Trojan Horse
Gibbs, as punishment for not doing his assigned job as acting director till AD Vance arrived to take over while Madam Jenny was in Paris at a conference, was forced to do the evaluations on the awaiting cleared cases. And do them properly. Himself. Without having someone from his team do it for him. In a day. And he was cranky as hell that Thursday after spending the night at the office getting it done. And the only reason he had done as ordered by toothprick was he had been ordered by the same SecDef he had blown off to watch actions taking place in MRT. It was either that or be put back to training new recruits in how to go through gas attacks. Inside with them in the bunker and go through it with them over and over again till his bosses felt he had learned to toe the line finally.

As it was, he was happy a case came in nearby at the gate to relieve his stress. And ordered the driver held onsite till he could question him. So, Gibbs had them dust for prints in the back and print the body. Plus, the liver temp and rigor mortis tests showed the body had been dead for days so there was no way he could have flagged down the cab as the cabbie. He was arrested for the death of the body. And brought into an interview room for questioning.
The cab was brought into evidence to be gone through and torn apart to find out the why of the matter, finding the hidden compartment in the front seat and the hidden man from the Scarlatti Family who was assigned to get a hold of the evidence against the head of the family that Abby had processed from the evidence locker.
The body had high level Saudi Family members who called in “favors” to see to it the murderer and the man who ordered his nephew killed as a distraction to get in the building killed while awaiting trial, and their bodies go missing to be sent along with the nephew into the afterlife as a farewell.
