Six months after Tim Drake frees Batman from the timestream, he runs. Struggling to put himself back together after everything he'd lost, Tim slots himself into the role of Neal Caffrey — the last possible place the Bats would look for him. It's a shame the Red Hood finds him anyway.

wow!! this fic is outside of my usual sort of fic i'd say since im usually a found family sorta person, but this fic swung at my trauma in the other direction and made me sob, so i recorded it for y'all too!
im on such a weird recording neal cafreey as tim drake fics recently??? i have one already posted, and a couple other on my drive waiting for permission/ and a chapter fic i haven't like, finished yet
but this one really stands out to me because most of the neal caffrey stories i see are very pro-batfam/found family batfam witht he ocassional, hiding from batfam but then they found me and were nice and loving
and i eat that shit up everytime don't get me wrong. with my childhood trauma??? u know im eating that up. but this fic really intrigued me becuase it came at in a very different angle i felt, and i just found myself re-reading it over and over.
anyway, that's a lot of rambling, but i hope you enjoy this recording and that i was able to do ThaliaJackson's story justice—your writing is beaitiful. thank you for letting me record your story<3
