"Fire is the element of power. Of passion."
That's what Father, Grandfather, Uncle and all the firebending instructors say, and what our forebears have said for thousands of years. What they've always said. The question, for me, remained; where does my passion lie? What purpose does my power serve?
The answer became clear to me when Zuko and Azula came crawling into my quarters one day. The purpose of my fire is to protect them, which I'll do with all the passion my heart can muster.
