Summary
Without his morals... Without their hero... Who will fill his position? We follow Renee Montoya in a fallen city after a violent mayoral coup led by Vic Sage who used religion and The Question to his own selfish means. She works with the resistance against Vic, and his twisted morals. She works under Vic as an investigative journalist during the day and puts on her own synthetic skin and anonymously becomes The ‘New’ Question at night.

October 3rd 9:45pm, rain beats down hard on Hub City as cameras survey the streets below. Jumbotrons throughout the city faintly spew an announcement from KBEL-TV, drowned out mostly by the frenzy of drops. Down a desolate alley, one of the few places without a camera a manhole rises enough to slide to the side.
Someone with a fedora slowly raises themselves from the hole, rain drooping the rim of their hat. They look back and forth making sure the coast is clear. Getting out we see more of them. They’re wearing a dark blue trench with long frizzy hair pulled back into a ponytail.
