   Summary

   Olivia Steward was supposed to have everything. As the only child of a prominet Admiral, she was molded into the perfect, obidient daughter. Enlisting as soon as she could, becoming a skilled engineer, she fleed her father's abusive clutches. And soon found herself boarding the flagship Enterprise with nothing but a new name and painful memories, threatening to swallow her whole.

   Facing medical problems, she meets the Chief Medical Officer Leonard McCoy, despite wishing she could be anywhere but the Sickbay. And much to her chagrin, the doctor is not only handsome but he learns more than she ever wished for anyone to know. And isnt running away as she thought he would.
   James T. Kirk watches amused at the two dancing around each other and decides to play Matchmaker. The rest of the Bridge Crew sit back and let the whole thing unfold.

   What neither of them could know, was the secret buried in the past, that would soon emerge and turn all their lives upside down.
