Maybe the video hadn't gone viral on any global scale but, well, everyone in Lakewood had seen it, and that was all that mattered.
Everyone knew that Audrey was queer.
Of course, people had their hunches beforehand, but it was different being so known.
She was able to somewhat hide behind the 'I was just experimenting' rationalization (it'd be a cold day in hell before she told anyone outside of her inner circle that she was a full-blown lesbian), but that didn't stop the comments.
That damn video haunted her no matter what she did, and it bothered her far more than she cared to admit.
Beyond just the aftermath of such a thing surfacing, it was violating.
That had been an intimate moment that someone had filmed and used against her.
