even after a year in the ossuary, lucanis dellamorte never stopped loving fallon de riva, but he told himself that if he ever escapes, he'll stay away from her, if only to keep her safe.
as if saving the world isn't going to be difficult on its own, fate seems to have decided that it isn't done yet with fallon de riva and lucanis dellamorte, and they have to do it together. everyone is in hell, but it's the hell that they call home.
