   Summary

   Here was the thing—

   Jason wouldn’t say he lacked confidence in his appearance. It was just… when the clothes came off, sometimes Jason struggled to feel confident. Sure, he had his better days—increasingly so, the longer Peter remained a permanent fixture in his life. But other times, Jason couldn’t shake the certainty he was still that scrawny, loveless and half-starved street rat, forced into a body a foot and a half taller and triple the width. That he was walking around in a second-chance body he’d still screwed up; scarred and perpetually bruised.  

   Peter takes his time with Jason, enjoying a new addition to their rope collection.
