Are there any more?
Peer pressure.
Joe kicked off the wall with his lantern dangling in hand.
A new round had just started, and the entity he knew as “Litany” was active this time. And Joe knew that damn well.
Dozer appeared before Joe. Dozer fully expected to be parried, as that was all Joe would do to him, so he didn’t even bother closing his eyes. He just appeared, and accepted the fact that his shit was about to get rocked again.
As expected, Joe absolutely SWUNG the lantern straight into Dozer’s face, knocking him down in an instant with a cloudy yellow trail spurting outwards.
Joe, in an unhealthy manic state, cackled at Dozer, running off to another beacon. Dozer, on the floor, was obviously offended, but didn’t bother doing anything about it since he knew if he tried anything it would result in… whatever happened just now.
Before he knew it, Joe found himself in a face-off with Litany not too long after Dozer attempted to hurt Joe.
Joe ignored Litany for a little bit, sliding by whilst she opened up her first two eyes. Eventually, Joe grew pissed at Litany pursuing and blocking him off, wherever he went, so by the moment her third eye slowly fluttered open—
WWWHSH!
Joe’s free hand flew towards Litany’s third eye, one of his fingers flying straight into her pupil.
Joe’s finger dug into her eye. It felt gross and squelchy on his finger, but he did what he had to do to get rid of her. A thick, blood-like substance came gushing out from her eye, and she immediately let out a muffled yelp and collapsed to the floor.
Joe simply stood there staring at Litany squirm on the ground with both hands on her parried eye, all action briefly slowing down. She uncomfortably shifted and rolled around the floor, hitting the Yuna Kureha pose, and then the Yuji pose immediately after.
For the whole time, she was letting out loud yelping and screaming from her (nonexistent) mouth. Joe didn’t know what to do, other than just stand and stare.
Dozer slowly drifted towards the panicking Litany, before barely whispering;
“… Maybe this is the consequence for calling me a fuckwad earlier,” He snickered. Litany immediately got up, legs shaky, heels clacking from being unable to stand straight.
With one hand on her eye, she wildly swung at Dozer with her free hand. The swing became a slap, Dozer would slap her back, and eventually it escalated to a feral catfight between the two.
Joe just stared in absolute confusion, blinking twice, before reaching towards the last beacon next to him.
