Summary
Phoenix's eyes snapped open just before thick, endless darkness seemed to consume him. Immediately he got greeted by a different kind of darkness. This one was tickling his face, and unfortunately he knew this one, meaning that he once again woke up butt-naked in a morgue. Happy Halloween, you died again.
And there he was wrapping the morgue sheet around himself like a ghost escaping the morgue and praying that he wouldn't run into anyone on his great escape. Luckily, it wasn't his first rodeo with death and got him quite prepared for situations like this. Or more like — his boyfriend. Yoru was prepared for such a situation, coming to rescue him.
But while there were definitely some pros in Phoenix's mortality, there were also downs. Major downs, actually — it hurt losing him over and over again.

Phoenix dies, Yoru rescues him from the morgue, being mad at Phoenix for dying again, then they go to a motel where Phoenix drinks Yoru's blood to recharge his energy, they have kinky, supernatural sex and then they go to a Halloween party.
