Chapter Text
If there was one person whom Craig hated the most in the whole wide world, it would be none other than Eric Cartman.
The guy ruined his life for the past year or so. The amount of days he went silently suffering under the camera shutters of flashing lights was truely something. Craig himself didn't even know how he managed to stay for so long without quitting. Perhaps it was the money—it did pay better than his first job as some fast food worker back in his high school years.
"Craig! Are you even listening?" Craig snapped himself back to reality and blinked a few times. Oh, right. He was currently on the verge of getting fired right now by Cartman. "Pay attention, fucker."
Craig's lack of response only made Cartman grow even redder in the face, he could tell he was getting more pissed by the second. Craig had to bite his inner bottom lip to stop himself from laughing. God, he could've sworn he was better at containing his emotions.
Cartman then proceeded to go on about Craig's poor performance at work and his lack of whatever in something, something—he wasn't really listening and it wasn't like he gave a fuck in the first place. He was just waiting for those sweet two words.
"You're fired."
Craig's eyes couldn't help but widen slightly, not in disappointment or surprise, but in pure joy. Those words were the only things he needed to hear before he stood up from his chair and made a beeline towards the door.
"Thanks, dude," He shot one last glance at the him, enjoying the sight of Cartman with his teeth clenched in anger and calling him every slur there was in the book, before reaching for the door handle. Craig didn't forget to flip him the bird before he walked out of that door, he made sure of that.
"That's fine! I don't care anyway!" Craig didn't think otherwise.
The door swung shut behind him, anything coming from Cartman's big mouth instantly going muffled as soon as the door slammed close with a click, and he let out a satisfied sigh. That was too easy. If he had known and stopped being a pussy, he would've willingly fired himself sooner.
