   Summary

   Six years after the war, Fire Lord Azula rules through calculated peace rather than conquest. When she arrives in the Southern Water Tribe to negotiate reparations, Katara expects manipulation, not to become part of the terms herself. With everyone against them one way or another, it is them against the world.
