Welcome to A Step-by-Step Guide to Building a Home!!!! This is completely centered around explaining the concepts and ideas of my Forsaken House AU, with different chapters based on the lore of characters and such. Do expect a few spoilers, but not too many.
Here's a side note: You don't have to read this to read the other fics!!! If anything, this is just for those who want a better understanding.
Since this is just an introduction, here's a timeline and a story summary.
Timeline:
1 - A Shame he's not a fag. (The Only Girl I'll Ever Love is 007 in Drag) — The earliest fanfic in the timeline so far. This fic isn't exactly Canon to the AU, since it includes shipping, but the scenario did happen.
2 - Bleeding Hearts Still Beat — The main fanfic in the series. Completely Canon to the AU, and includes little to no romantic relationships.
3 - Boys and Girls of Every age (Wouldn't You Like to See Something Strange?) — A Halloween special. Takes place in between the first few chapters of BHSB, and is entirely non-Canon to AU.
[BONUS] -╰┈➤ BHSB: Fluffcember — A oneshot book dedicated to celebrating Fluffcember, a writing event. Created to keep people busy while I write the main fic, and to apologize for long updates. Mainly non-canon to the AU, and doesn't have a set time.

Summary:
The story mainly follows 007n7, who — after a bad fall out with his friend Noli — lives alone in the forest. Despite believing he could survive alone, 007n7 finds himself extremely lonely, until three odd kids show up at his door. He chooses to take them in, expecting them to be the last visitors he'll have… but he was wrong.
Throughout the next year or so, more and more of the Forsaken cast become inhabitants or frequent visitors of his house, and he finds himself reluctantly creating a cluttered family.
That's it for now!! The next few chapters should be based around separate characters and concepts! Worldbuilding first, of course.
P.S: I think this was previously stated, but to ensure my fics are open to everyone's interpretation, no ships will be canon. There's mentions of past Azuretime and subtle implications, but no one will be together by the end of it. Ships are entirely up to the reader, and I'm very open to shipping fics based on the AU.
Alongside this, I feel the need to say this has little to no connection to the real game. Forsaken lore died in a ditch somewhere between October and November, so many things are different. This also has no connection to the developers, past or present. Whatever drama they have going on should be kept away from my fics.
