Summary
Castiel Novak is the current mayor of Lawrence, Kansas, and is working to win a second term in an upcoming election. His rival is a wealthy businessman, John Winchester. As the campaign progresses in his favor, Cas begins a secret affair with John's son, Dean, who is twenty-five years his junior. Cas and Dean try to conceal their relationship by meeting in an out-of-town hotel room, avoiding any controversy that could destroy Cas' career and allow the disreputable John to take over Lawrence.
