Summary
They’re…gentle with Jasper. They run their fingers through his hair, whisper molasses-dark sweetness in his ear, press soothing kisses over the bites they dot on his neck. He doesn’t understand why. He doesn’t understand how. He knows love hurts, both giving and receiving, and nowhere is that more true than with Remi and Maria.
Love hurts. It has to hurt. If it doesn’t hurt now, it will hurt later. It’s only a matter of time.
It’s agony—days, weeks spent bracing for the blow to finally land. Sometimes, Maria’s smile turns sharp and Jasper tenses, this is it. Other times, Remi clenches his fists and Jasper braces, this is it.
But it never is. Maria’s smile smooths out, Remi releases his fists, and Jasper is left feeling so suddenly bereft that it almost makes him nauseous.

Não tem nada que o canon consiga fazer de ruim pra um personagem que o fandom não consiga fazer pior é surreal cara, dito isso o personagem do jasper PEDE angst e você entrou na cabeça dele de uma maneira tão bisonha, e eu conscientemente escolho adotar a ideia do jasper com a mentalidade completamente distorcida do que deveria ser um gesto de amor pra mim também, porque todo headcanon triste pro jasper é um bom headcanon!!! Also a doçura de maria e de remi com ele me fez muito abebublé porque esse coitado cachorro chutado e molhado e estrupiado precisa de carinho e respeito ai eu amo tanto eles eu amo maremisper eu amk jaebiar eu amo. Essa história é tipo top coisas favoritas que li nesse site eu realmente amo a análise de personagem sensacional misturada com tristeza e depois fofura, é o melhor de três mundos ,, eu amo essa fanfic tanto que eu podia bater minha cabeça na parede !!
