A hundred years ago, when the Fire Nation exterminated the four Air Temples and ruthlessly hunted down the surviving Nomads, they never imagined that, months before the massacre, a man would give up everything it meant to be an Air Nomad — renouncing his culture, his faith, and even his bending, in search of a common life in the Earth Kingdom.
Thanks to that choice, eighty-three years later, an airbender unlike any other would be born. He would not hide, nor would he follow the pacifist ideals of his ancestors. On the contrary: he would bend air in the most lethal way possible — without limits, without restraint.
