Summary
“You’re taking a break,” Maddox said at last, and Hongjoong felt his heart dip. He scrambled for his glasses, ready to protest, to insist that after a good night’s rest, he’d be good to go for the day. But the elder held a hand up, effectively silencing him before he even got a word out, and reached into his pocket for his phone.
“You’re taking a break to go stay with a friend of mine,” he explained without looking at Hongjoong as he presumably scrolled through his contacts. He paused as he thought about it for a second. “I think a month or so should be okay.”
