Summary
His Da was a ghost that would always haunt him. He gets about 10 months without his personal specter making an appearance- at the worst time. He had been happy, dating Roy and Keeley for 4 months and in a good place with Richmond. He was happier than he had ever been and felt safe for the first time in a long time.
Jamie is riding on the high of a good practice at St. George's Park when his phone starts to buzz with a call. Jamie picks up his phone and sees the Manchester number. He is hesitant to answer it. He had Roy block his Da for him 6 months ago but he hasn't changed his number yet. On the other hand, what if it is something to do with Mummy or Simon?
Jamie decides to risk it. He can always hang up.
"Hello, this is Catherine with North Manchester General Hospital. I am afraid I have some bad news about your father."
