Chapter Text
When the Outsider said that he wanted to take you with him you thought he was just making an excuse to run away. You didn't mind that: he wasn't good enough to convince someone in anything, let alone get enough people to take over the factory
Even his offer sounded ridiculous: a stable food source for the toys and a safe area to go outside without being noticed. Even though the decades passed since he was alive and a lot of things changed, it still would be ridiculously expensive to feed all the toys. The second part was more believable, but still: what was the point? Why would outsider go to such length?
But he came back. With food. You stared at the boxes, thoughts swarming in your head. Surrounded by toys, who never saw so much food before. You couldn't care less. Why did he do all of that?? What in the world does he need you for?! What does he need you for??! "Is he gonna hurt me?".

The Prototype stared silently. An uncomfortable silence settled between you two. "Poor boy must've forgotten how food looks like" you looked with pity
-So... About your part of the deal... I did my part as I promised
-... It'sno t ti meyet. You m ust pro vethatyou can bri ng food con stantl y
(it's not time yet. you must prove that you can bring food constantly )
-Fair enough, how long should i do that?
-A year.
You looked at Prototype in disbelief:
-A year??? Maybe we can settle for a shorter ter-
-No.
-But you can easily control m-
-You're NOT bargaining with me in this facility. If you dare to bring up giving us less food or lessening the term once again, I'll tear you to shreds. N owge t oU t.
You nodded. You didn't want to find out if what he was saying was true, so you just got out of the factory as fast as you could. You've already pushed his buttons enough. "One banter at a time, you'll soften up to me. Maybe by the time this whole deal is over, you'll even want me to become your dad" with those thoughts you drove away, leaving Prototype behind in that musky factory
