Chapter Text
(Logan’s POV)
It’s been 5 days since the courtroom video and lately he’s felt like some of his thoughts aren't his own. He doesn’t have time to worry about that though, he’s gotta get Thomas’s schedule ready for the next 2 weeks.
‘You should change tomorrow to working on the audition’ an augmented voice spoke out.
Turning his head to see who said that, Logan shakes his head thinking, Why would he do that when they literally decided to go to the wedding. He just keeps writing the schedule. Though he could've sworn he felt a presence behind him.
A little time goes by when he hears the voice again ‘What if something were to happen and we could end up going to the call back instead? Wouldn’t it be better to be Prepared’
Huh … that makes sense. Something could potentially happen before the wedding. So…theoretically it wouldn’t hurt for Thomas to prepare for it. Before he knew it his hand was moving, writing for 10am audition practice.

The next day Logan was reading at the counter with a coffee in hand. Virgil was still in his room because he had been working overtime with all that has been happening in the last few days. It’s been a ride for him because he’s trying to keep himself stable in order to make Thomas not have to worry more than he needs to. Patton had just left the common area and went to his room to work on researching some local charities he could convince Thomas to donate to to make him feel better about himself (though most of them were for puppies). Roman was the only one in the living room. He was surprisingly the only one of the sides that actually read into depth the plans Logan made. While almost half never actually got done because of one of the others disrupting with something else, Roman at least tried to be considerate to Logan's plan.
All was going fine so far this morning for the sides. Logan was just half way done with his book when he heard Roman call him, “Hey Logan, why is there audition practice for 10am today? Don’t get me wrong I let us go over it. It’s only you heard my verdict a few days ago.”
Looking up from his book, Logan turns to the prince and walks over to check for himself. He leans over the couch behind Roman and scans the schedule. “Ah, I remember now. I was making the schedule when I had a thought that something could happen and the wedding could be put back, moved or all around canceled and there would still be a way of going to the call back. I can quickly change it to having Thomas go suit shopping for the wedding. I just thought it’d be a good thing to have the material rehearsed in case something like that happened.” He stands up straight before adding "Would it not also be satisfactory for Thomas creativity to stay active if another opportunity were to arise?"
Roman turned to look at him in shock. “Wow Specs, I didn’t think you’d take that into consideration. Now that I think about it, that does kinda make sense. ‘Expect the unexpected’ kinda deal. Now as much as I like Mary Lee and Lee, I am now hoping something like that can happen.”
Logan’s face shifts to something negative for just a moment, but returns to his normal emotionless face after he realizes he didn’t mean to make Roman hope for a negative outcome for Lee and Mary Lee. He shifts his attention to Roman again after Roman finishes talking about the pages of the script he’ll go over with Thomas later.
Logan starts walking away saying “Well, I will let you take care of that. Just" Logan starts before looking around like making sure someone isn't listening "maybe don’t tell Pat or Virgil about this. They’ll think we went against everything they fought for in the courtroom.”
What he doesn’t see as he walks away is Roman looking at him like he grew an extra head.

Waling through the hall to his room Logan starts to go through what all is on his agenda for the rest of the day. Since He decided to put an audition practice in, he really did need to find a time to put a time and date to go look at suits to wear to the wedding. 'God why did I decide to do that, it is putting us back by at least a day for getting prepared for the wedding.' Walking in his room he immediately goes to his desk to gather his multitude of notebooks that have notes of to-do ideas and needs. After a while of getting in the zone of his job, he stands to take one of his few breaks he allows himself threw out the day, when all of a sudden he stumbles over having a dizzy spell and he is face to face with an orange cloud of smoke that surrounds him and all of sudden he's not in his room anymore.
