   Summary

   Yokohama is a quirkless city sealed away from the rest of the world, hero society has attempted to see what goes behind the barrier yet many never come back.

   After they start pressing too hard the port mafia decided to send Chuuya Nakahara to infiltrate Japan’s top hero school under the facade of a traumatized kid from Yokohama to find out what hero society is truly planning
