Summary
“Excuse me?” Shen Qingqiu says dangerously, lowering his fan. His expression must be all kinds of horrifying, because Shang Qinghua’s face drains of all color and sweat begins to bead on his temple.
“Um—” He laughs awkwardly, eyes roaming over all the available exits in the room in obvious preparation to run for his life. “It’s sort of an etiquette thing, you know? I’m sure you remember, something similar happened between Luo Binghe and a few of his wives—”
Shen Qingqiu’s glare sharpens, promising imminent murder. “Are you telling me that I have to marry Liu Qingge because I accidentally triggered a wife plot?”
Shen Qingqiu triggers an inane sidequest that he has no intention of completing, thank you very much, and makes up his mind to avoid every romance flag the System throws his way.
One problem: Shen Qingqiu is already courting Liu Qingge. He is the last person to figure this out.

Would have loved a continuation. The story was basically cut short before any proper conclusion, with many questions unanswered. Like, what happened with the system, why was it not answering? Why did he get SJ's memories? How will the others react to it, how will SQQ deal with it? You can't just bring up a bunch of plot-heavy threads, and cut them short merely because the two main characters confirmed their romantic relationship.
