Summary
The brighter the light, the darker the shadows. And in a super-powered society, those shadows are dark indeed. But whilst the world desperately trained more and more heroes, making that light brighter and brighter, the prestigious hero school, UA, had another idea. Why not tackle the problem at its source?
And so was born the infamous class 1-A. Would-be criminals from all over the country were selected, and a group of twenty now roam the halls of the school, alongside the heroes of the next generation.
Last year, the entirety of Mr Aizawa’s class A graduated. But this year was different. No, he didn’t believe they would all graduate back into society like the classes before them. He believed they could become something bigger. That was why, with gritted teeth and a manic smile, Eraser Head turned to his new class of students and said:
"You aren't villains - you never were, and you never will be. But you can take that fire inside of you and put it to good use. We're in a hero school, aren't we? Well then...
"Let's be heroes."

Summary
This is an orphaned work.
Izuku Midoriya has always been observant. He makes connections that other people don't, and that's why he's so good at quirk analysis. It's why he can see just how much is wrong with hero society, too.
He may be Quirkless, but Izuku will not let that stop him. He's going to change the way that things are, and that starts with getting himself into UA. People might not ever take him seriously, but he'll prove him wrong each and every time that they doubt him.
Izuku is going to be a hero. He's going to be a hero for people just like him: the ones who are Quirkless and told that they'll never amount to anything. He's going to be a hero for people who have undesirable quirks, whether they're weak or "villainous". He's going to be a hero that understands the difference between criminal and villain, because too many people seem to be forgetting that difference. Izuku is going to be a hero who advocates and fights for change. He's going to be a hero who believes in giving villains second chances because they're people too.
Izuku Midoriya is going to do more than change the system. He's going to break it.
