Summary
After they defeated Voldemort, Ron Weasley was completely forgotten. Hermione Granger married Harry Potter, the Weasley family ignored him, sometimes even referred to him as a failure. Everyone was happy, no one was there to talk to Ron. At the age of 17, Ronald Weasley did not think defeating Voldemort would lead to happiness. He traded all his magical energy to bring the Dark Lord back to life.
Hermione was pregnant, Harry was too busy with his new family. No one stood up to Voldemort, or perhaps he himself had no intention of confronting anyone directly. After two years of showing his ability, of course there was a bit of a dark trick to climb to the position of Minister of Magic. Voldemort, now Tom Riddle, sought out his benefactor and asked what the red-haired boy wanted when he was resurrected. Ron Weasley did not answer, but Tom Riddle was a master Legilimen.
“My dear son, you need a new family, new friends. I will find the best for you.”
For the first time in many years, Ron smiled. And Tom Riddle with his power, Ron Weasley became Ron Riddle.
