Izuku hated the color red. He couldn't help but associate it with hatred, blood and the red eyed gaze that burned hotter than any burn he could ever get; and oh, those hurt, hurt so much. Starburst scars trailing up his arm, just starting a bit higher than his wrist are faded, some are years old, some new. Some placed on his back, torso, ankle. And with every new hothothot explosion that touches him, every red eyed gaze filled with hatred, he sinks deeper.

Summary
It was a Friday. A man, his body wrapped in a ragged and torn trench coat stood before a house. A home. The moon shone above him, the streetlights made his path clear to him, yet he arrived from the shadows. He looked longly at the huge gates, black metal and carefully carved roses hide the sins of a father.
The man's cold gaze was filled with resentment as he looked past the roses and saw a well-tended garden. Red and white amaryllis decorated the land. Had it been another night, he would have laughed at the flowers and their meaning.Series
