Summary
Without really thinking about it, he opens the mirrored cabinet to see if Spencer has some he can borrow, and is met with what looks like a pharmacy’s worth of orange prescription bottles. He knows he shouldn’t look at them—knows it’s an invasion of Reid’s privacy—but there’s a part of him that can’t help himself. A part of him that wants to know that Reid is okay. That he’s safe. That none of those bottles are narcotics. So he starts reading the labels...
Spencer deals with chronic illness and medication issues, and Derek is there to help him.

Summary
“I’m here to give you my two weeks’ notice,” Spencer says quietly. “My last day will be a week from Friday.”
Hotch wasn’t smiling to begin with, but his face still manages to fall. He stands up and moves from behind the desk, sitting down next to Spencer on the couch and turning to face him.
“Is there anything I can do to change your mind?” he asks, and then, before waiting for a response, he adds: “Is this because of your health?”Spencer leaves the BAU due to health issues.
