This is my canon-divergent District Four-centric universe.

It ignores everything about Mockingjay. Plot-wise, it takes the 75th Hunger Games as its point of departure, but since it ignores the backstory provided by Mockingjay, characterization also looks different.

Major departures include:
* Mags is a strategic mastermind who's been plotting a rebellion in District Four for decades.
* The forced prostitution is a lot more limited in scope.
* District Thirteen is much less organized, and there is no President Coin.

Mags' Weapon is set when the rebellion is still being planned. Chapters 4 and 5 were rewritten on June 10, 2017. You'll want to reread them if you read this fic before then.

Mags' War is the sequel, an AU to Mockingjay.
