Description:

Midoriya Izuku leads a double life. During the day he can be Midoriya, Deku, the green sunshine child. After dark his training kicks in though and Izuku follows the call of his family. Akatani Mikumo has a duty to protect in the underground, a duty to keep children safe and stop all non consentual acts. Does that make him a vigilante in the eyes of the police? Yes. But it will also help him to become a hero and help more people.
The only possible issue is how dorm life doesn't give Izuku enough exercise during his Mikumo times... but for sure his teachers can help out with that.
