Chef Wriothesley fiercely leads the kitchen with a menu as bold and mysterious as his career, aided by his sous chef Navia, the darling of Poisson, and notoriously adventurous pastry chef Sigewinne; The heat in this kitchen cannot be beat! Except, maybe, by the comprehensive bar program, headed by bartender Clorinde and led by the distinguished Monsieur Neuvillette, a well-decorated sommelier of both wine and water as well as a man of high regard within the food scene and Fontainian society itself.
