Keith practically bruises himself smacking a tear from his cheek. His leg throbs, and his muscles ache in a consistent, nagging manner, begging him to rest and sleep. He can’t sleep. He can’t even relax. Screwing his eyes shut, Keith pictures Lance.

Lance reaches the towel around Keith’s hips and he curls his finger, hooking it under the fluffy fabric. Keith’s breath hitches.
“I can’t… I can’t make you feel nothing,” Lance mumbles. “But I can, uh, I could make you feel good.”
Keith’s breath stutters on its way out, breaking into a million little pieces.
“I could make you feel really, really good,” Lance promises.
