How’s it going, Revel? So, I was reflecting here: some bots, no matter how much they care about their respective humans, still feel a certain strangeness, modesty, or guilt about the fact that they are, well, humans—and that their relationship is interspecies. Regardless of the reason—whether it’s Fulcrum, who has a phobia of organics, Tarn, who sees humans as worms, or ES Soundwave, who hates our species—would any of them strongly wish their partner were Cybertronian? Would they dream about it, something like, “It would be so much easier if you were like that”? And most importantly, would they verbalize it to their human? I imagine that some (like the ones mentioned earlier: Tarn and ES Soundwave) at a certain point in the relationship’s development wouldn’t really care if it hurt the human. Others, like Shockwave, I imagine wouldn’t even realize that it could hurt their partner’s feelings. Because, even though they might think, “Wow, would they want me to be human too and have a normal relationship,” I think with humans it would basically be the same, and then your partner comes along and says to your face “I wish you were different”Series
