Summary
Cal Kestis falls through the ruins of Mortis and lands in the worst possible week to be a stranger with Qui-Gon Jinn's face haunting a newly-knighted Obi-Wan Kenobi.
Except it's not Qui-Gon's face he's wearing.
It's Obi-Wan's own.
He didn't come back to find family. He came back to stop a war he's already lived through once, and to keep one boy from becoming the monster who ended everything he loved. But the Force rarely gives without also taking, and what it hands Cal instead of a clean mission is a rhiant who doesn't know he's pregnant yet, a brother too young to carry what's coming, and ten years to build something strong and sturdy enough to survive the truth.
A found-family fix-it.
Palpatine has to die. Obi-Wan has to choose. And Cal has to learn that saving the people you love and keeping them are not always the same thing.Series
