Watching him. Eyes raking over him. Startling blue, scathing, alight with an intense, primal desire. And when Nick finishes the scene, he charges for Jay. Cuts through the gaps in the crowd like the wind had filed through the streets outside, navigating easily around obstructions, pushing on to the goal.
