Summary
Kara Zor-El it's the avatar of the Goddess Flamebird, a vigilante in Krypton while the planet it's near to be destroyed. The only Kryptonian with powers under the red sun, the only one who has the will to defying the Science League, all under the guide of Flamebird who wants revenge of the destruction of her planet, and bring the rest of the god back from the phantom zone.
(Setted in the Absolute Universe, but inspired by the New Krypton saga)

Bruce Wayne convinces himself that the best way to save the world from Superman, and the Kryptonians, after the events of Black Zero, is to eliminate any and all Kryptonians. Including Superman.
Just another one of his contingency plans. Routine. Straightforward.
But there was nothing routine or straightforward about accidentally falling in love with Superman along the way, outside of his Bat Persona, all Bruce-
Nor will there be anything straight-forward or routine to have to kill him for his goals, his ideals, his planet.
Especially as Superman is still so in love with him.
For anyone who had wondered if things had gone a slightly more wrong angle during the Superbat love stories when Bruce had intended to kill him originally: a what if of hope, terror, betrayal, love and, inevitably loss, and the reality he has to face along with it.

The one where...
Lena is an unhappy debutante in 1490s-Paris. Lex has a position in the church and is hoping that Lena either marries happily or else he gets struck by a carriage so she doesn't take it out on him. Lionel has designs on the papacy for Lex and the bribe money to make it happen. Lillian would rather her children not fling themselves out windows.
Kara, Alura, Astra and Baby Kal are escaped rebels and religious criminals from Krypton. Kara becomes a cut-throat, avenging crimes against the poor.
