When Ochako is accepted to an exclusive program hosting a week-long cold-weather survival course, she's thrilled. It's a skill she's determined to add in her quest to be the best Rescue Hero she can be.
Or she was before everything went completely, catastrophically wrong, and Ochako finds herself injured and alone in an American mountain range.
And assuming she manages to survive the night with all the minimal training she received from the program brochure, Ochako's not sure she'll ever make it completely off the mountain.
