The RDA had hired her on a whim, a desperate attempt to salve whatever of their reputation they could as tensions on earth grew of the rumoured destruction of Pandora.
Of course, Kiara Turner, a Botanist by trade and a respected one at that, was offered a once in a lifetime opportunity to study the life on Pandora in person, a rarity only the greats were permitted. Without questioning, or reading the fine print, she enlisted onto the 'Avatar Programme'.

Made this short story for my US History class freshman year. Was re-reading it and decided to post it so it's not just sitting there. It is told in the perspective of Tsu'tey and when he died. I also got an A, if you were wondering!
Here were the guidelines:

Summary
Lima is not human. Her job was to kill, maim, torture anyone her creator wanted her to.
Now her Godfather gave her a new mission. Infiltrate the RDA on Pandora, get the Na'vi on her side... lay the groundwork for his organisation, called KRATOS, to overthrow the RDA and make Pandora a pitstop for their journey deeper into space.
Then she meets the Omaticaya.
Thrown into a storm of emotions, Lima has to decide who she wants to be, what is important to her. Duty, loyalty, saving humanity, her orders, her mission... or to be seen as a person and make her own choices.
